      I DO NOT recommend using National Pools & Spas, it was the worst customer service I'd ever experienced - they took my money up front and left me hanging! I needed a quote for repair work and although we had special circumstances, it was clearly conveyed prior to hiring them - (we may be suing the company who installed the pool). National's service tech inspected the pool 8/21 and I was told with his 20+ years of expertise, he would be able to diagnose the issue with our liner on-sight and I would have an estimate in a few days. A proposal was never sent and I could never get anyone on the phone. When someone would return my call, it was never the "right person" to speak with and they would have someone get back to me. This went on for weeks. Despite my multiple voicemails and several trips to the store, I still had not been given a proposal up until the evening of 9/26. *** *******, the President, reached out end of day 9/26 in an attempt to provide a last-minute quote. It contained NONE of the pertinent information I specifically requested from *** (Office Mgr), of which she obliged. My attorney also advised he had a deadline of when he needed this documentation by and National Pools had well over a month to hold up their end of the bargain, but failed to. Their estimate now has no worth. Bottom Line - They didn't complete the service, but charged me for it. I want my money back!

Our technician explained that we would propose the necessary work and require your sign-off to confirm the scope and address any future issues.Unfortunately, our renovation manager, who would have worked with you directly, was out of the office for nearly two weeks due to a family bereavement. We apologize for the delay in providing the proposal within your desired timeframe.Regarding the service charge for the evaluation, it is standard practice for service providers to charge for their time. Our owner, ***, did respond with information, and if you needed additional information, we could have added to that to resolve the issue to your liking.
