      Worked for the company and such very bipolar management, ****. They are a consumer profiling establishment. They had few cars stolen this month and looked towards the new Black African American sales consultant as if I had a hand in it. But to be clear they had other stolen off their property way before I started working there. So maybe they should start looking at their own kind, if you know what I mean. Its sad that I live right in Marlton and was offered a job as sale consultant and was let go for helping a African American couple which was past off to me cause another co-worker which was not African American, past off cause maybe or maybe not profiled himself. But the the manger which carries the family name (Elkins) did not want to hear the outcome of my side. All the couple wanted to do if see, sit & start a never Corvette up. Wheres the harm in that in the automotive business? But all **** was concerned bout them siting in a $20,000 marked over sticker Corvette. So pretty much hes saying without saying African Americans can afford that vehicle. But lets be clears Ive had 100k vehicles and driving a $90,000 msrp vehicle and live right here in Marlton, **. Hope people sees and read this before stopping in and making there next purchase.Just the beginning

      ******, Your allegations are not only inaccurate but also untrue, and we refute any suggestion that we are a consumer profiling establishment. There was no consideration regarding the stolen vehicles and anyone who works for us, but since you're bringing it up, do you have more information to share? Also, upon video review, the couple you're referring to walked right up to you and you proceeded to assist them. And yes, unfortunately, there can be harm with someone simply sitting in a vehicle, starting it up, and going through specific settings. I'd be happy to have the Detective investigating the stolen vehicles reach out and inform you of what nefarious actions can be taken when doing so. Lastly, we are asking a market based adjustment of $10,000 over MSRP for the 70th Anniversary Corvette you're referring to.Again, we strongly refute your allegations as they are untrue and libelous.

      My ***** Trax had a warning light. I called Elkins ***** and took the car in for service. ****** from service came to me and said, good news. The car has a warranty and it will be covered. Bring it in for an oil change before June and we will fix the issue. I was relieved. May came and I contacted them to get it in. They got it in and diagnosed the issue. ****** calls me and says,"It will be 600 to replace the sensor and if that doesn't work, it will be an additional 600 for the other sensor. Also, I'd recommend replacing your Ac compressor for ****". I asked, Will my warranty cover all of this? No, that expired in ************** you said June. ***** gave me wrong info and didn't stand by it. I contacted corporate and they stated they would get involved. They told me to give it a few days then call the dealership. I heard nothing for a few days and decided to call. ***** answers in service and says that he spoke with corporate and that he is aware. So I felt assured that they stepped up, I asked ***** did they repair the vehicle? He replies, yes, they fixed the front sensor but not the rear. I replied, Great and what about the ** compressor? He replies, why the ac compressor, there's no complaint? I replied, because you told me it needed it. Oh he replies, no we did not repair it.. so I decided to get the vehicle with what was fixed. They lied and fixed nothing. But charged me for the diagnostic fee. I then got the service manager ***** involved. ***** heard the recordings and even apologized for his employee giving false info. But still did not help. Instead he said, you should have studied your paperwork. Thats not for me or my employees to do, to help you understand your warranty. I was disgusted by his words and his company. I came back under the false pretense that his employee told me I had a warranty, but then did a bait and switch. Charged me and fixed nothing. His employee lied twice and they blamed me. Nothing was ever done. Would never go back.
