            On January 11, 2017, BBB became aware that Honeywell has allegedly been victimized by a fraudulent online scam whereby one or more persons are posing as actual Honeywell Recruiters and offering fake job opportunities to unsuspecting victims. The schemers ask the recruit to complete a Non Disclosure agreement, acceptance letter, and W2.

            Victims should take steps to ensure their identities have not been compromised if they provided their social security number or other personally identifiable information. If that has happened, they should:

            - Contact the fraud department of one of the three major credit bureaus.
            - File a police report.
            - Close accounts that have been compromised or opened by the thief.
            - File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
