The ******* of 2020 and 2021 I was not mobile due to medical issues. During those 2 years I relied on *************************** to handle my yard work for me. I never complained and always paid on time. This spring and summer I am gratefully mobile.On April 28, 2022 I was in the yard and noticed: that the edging was not done for again fir the 3rd time, a sprinkler head was broken, a solar gazing ball was broken, but no glass was found, large areas had no grass (paid for overseeding in the fall), metal barrier between rocks and grass was destroyed and he seeded over the rocks. I texted him the problems and told him I was very disappointed. His text back was "sounds like you need to find a new landscaping company". I was stunned. I just cannot believe that anyone would send that answer to a customer. I certainly don't understand his refusal to even discuss these issues with me. So this is costing me a lot more than his ****. It is really sad that anyone business person would say that to a customer.I received a **** from him for $157.80, and in 2 weeks the same **** again. I haven't paid and don't intend to. T sprinkler head $126, solar globe (one of set of 4 so I need to replace it) $32 so far have not found a replacement It was part of set, I am not paying for edging which he didn't do, I had to pay $60 to do the fertilization which he didn't do and charged me for, I do not have an estimate to repair the edging. This is just some of the issues, I have photos and a transcript of our texts. He certainly doesn't take pride in his work and it is disrespectful to not even tell me about broken items.
