Ok folks this will be my 1st BBB review. "BE WARNED* this company's internet pricing is not even close to what they are going to charge you once you get there. It seems in the ***/** area the dealers seem to resort to bate and switch, in reference to pricing, to get people to there dealerships. This dealer ship I actually called before I went there and asked if the internet price was the actual price. i was told yes. I drove almost 2 hours down to see and test drive vehicle. Once negotiations began the price jumped by $5000. Yes i said $5000. They also have a $895 cost for a lojack (which i did not ask for). They stated that the $5000 cost was for "Adjusted market value*. They did reduce the adjusted market value to $3500 which was so nice of them. I stated i would not pay that either. They asked me how they could get me into the vehicle. I stated honor the internet price. They were unable to do that so no agreement was reached. I then drove back home, almost 2 hour drive, from a dealership that is obviously doing a bate and switch with there pricing. I doubt this is legal in any shape or form. *I WOULD AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE TH E PLAGUE*Review from Paul G

Be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from Auto Hub and its affiliates. Their internet price isn't the actually price. The sales manager and salesperson will feed you false information. The fiance department throws a bunch of papers in your face, after having you wait for 5-plus hours after the test drive. Never shows you a final price, the added fees etc. They try to lowball you with your trade-in. It was just a very horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend.Review from Karen P

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.Went to see an advertised $33k car - after adding Lojack, dock fees, prep fees, and a few other assorted fees the price went to $40k. They claimed these were all necessary add-ons and would not budge. Also insisted that the deal could only be made using their financing company. If paying cash it was an additional $500.These people are stereotypical USED CAR SALES PEOPLE.Review from Mickey S

Worst used car salesmen ever. Very mean and pretend to be impatient with you. They do not like showing you the final price, only your loan payment amounts. They force you to buy lojack, scotchguard, ceramic wax and something else for about **** dollars and there's no way to buy one of their vehicles without purchasing these dealer add ons. It's straight up fraud, and I don't know how they get away with it. I don't understand how they get away with it.Review from Matthew S.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I dealt with the most disrespectful and rude salesperson imaginable. Was finally able to get connected with a manager after being hung up on by the sales staff multiple times. Manager was just as rude. Dealer has a $795 doc fee and a $3695 fee that they could not even explain what it was for. The business practices are terrible. They constantly try to hide fees and vehicle issues. DO NOT BUY OR EVEN SHOP HERE!
