I ordered the family size chip bags from Charles chip website on August 4th. I have yet to receive them at this date (September 7th). Emails have gone unanswered and no one ever answers the phone number provided. I have requested a refund as I paid thru Venmo. Again, my request was unanswered.Initial Complaint

Place the order on March 11 And I have still not received my full order.They don't respond.They don't answer your calls.They don't return your calls or emails.I did get one call through and spoke to a woman and she said since we didn't get your chips out , i'm gon to send a double bag that was two weeks ago But now they don't answer the phone They got numerous reviews of them shorting people and not returning their calls on ********Initial Complaint

I placed an oder on 3/9/24 didn't hear anything about the order so I sent an email inquiring about my order on 3/16/24 I received an email saying it all orders take 4-5 business days to process and ship finally I received my order on 3/22/24 and called the company to complain left a message and sent a email called back 2/25/24 (twice) have called 5 more times since then told them I was returning the order because cookies were burnt and when you open the bag you smell the burnt smell I received a email from customer care apologizing and saying not to return the parcel back as the would not cover the shipping but to email pictures of the cookies and if they are burnt they would refund my money I took pictures the same day showing them the burnt cookies I called back and finally they answered the phone and the representative told me I had 2 choices they would either send out another order or I could get a refund I told her to give me a refund because I was not taking a chance placing another order and receive more burnt cookies so she said she would do a refund I have not received any refund nor will they return my call I have left the 9 messages throughout this whole business transaction and they will not respond this is bad business and I would like my refund because I did offer to send the order back to them as soon as I received it so I wasn't trying to keep these burnt cookies and I still have the order because they are not nothing that I would have sent out to a customer looking and smelling like that I reached out again to ********************************* who originally asked for the pictures on 4/16 24 to explain that I haven't received my refund and now being ignored by her too . this is bad business and I would never deal with them ever again.Initial Complaint

On November 10th, 2023, I purchased (3) Charles Chip Tins for $86.37 online at www.charleschips.com. Their policy is 4-5 business days to process and ship the order.On November 15th, 2023, I contacted the company via email to inquire about my order because i never received an email that my order shipped. The company responded that I placed the order on 11/10/23 and per the company policy is 4-5 business days to process and ship the order and that "your order will be processed soon".On November 20th, 2023 (today), I emailed the company again to inquire about my order and the company responded stated my order is now on backorder. After numerous email back and forth with the company with no ship date in sight, I decide to cancel my order for a full refund. The company sent me a receipt showing a refund for $86.37.... here's the catch: The customer has to wait up to 10 days to receive it. Why so long? They took the money out of my account on the day I placed the order. I didn't wait 10 days to pay for my order! Why is this company selling product they don't have. I looked on the website today and it does not say anything about those Chips Tins being on backorder. This is very misleading and should not be allowed!
