I had the exact same problem! ****** the franchise owner and ****** employee.RIP OFF!!! The MOST unprofessional, disorganized I know! They call and tell me your car is ready and its double the price! Without getting my permission to do any additional work! Nothing in writing for additional work from initial. No communication. So unprofessional. I bought all the parts as he told me from his list. He never sent me a new list for more parts? He did not email or call me to let me know! He knew I was paying out of pocket and had a budget for what we agreed on verbally and in writing. When I told him we need to stick to original agreement and I would pay for the additional parts (even though I did not know about)....He Refused! He continued arguing and not listening to anything I said. He refused to resolve and was very rude. He told me he made additional body work on 2 parts HE received. Yet he not 1x tell me it was damaged and additional work was needed! He received it ..he knew about it the whole time and not once did he say anythingto charge more money. Had I known I would of had them return the part. ****** said if I dont pay the $3300 from $1600 that I can't get my car back, then he hung up on me! I told him to provide proof of additional work in writing but instead he turned the blame back on me!I am reporting this to BBB! Maicco is taking personal property against my will by over charging double for services not authorized and refusing to admitted to there mistakes.Here is another review just 4 months ago where he did the same thing to someone else!******************************* 5 reviews3 photos 4 months ago Critical:Professionalism,Quality Most worst work ever. If you zoom and see the workquality. Over charged for this type of work. I am not recommend any one to go there. I paid more then $1200 this most worst work .they are not accepting there mistake. I complaints to maaco customer centre . No back response **********************************
