On February 27th, I was trying to view my medical records online when an ad appeared and I inadvertently touched it on the screen. A company called Findyent suddenly said I owed it $1 for viewing the ad. Today, it said I owed it $39 .I have no idea what this company is or how it gained access to my card information. I attempted to contact them but the number listed does not work. I don't want to cancel my card because that's how I pay my bills, etc. I just want to block them from any access to my account.

I began receiving charges on my debit card for as little as $4.95 in June. these charges varied between $4.95 and $5.00 and then escalated to $39.95. To date, these charges have totaled over $109.00. I contacted the company via their customer support email and requested an explanation of the charges, and asked them to cease. NO Response has been received, nor have the charges ceased-- the latest being 8 days ago for $39.95.
