      On March 13th 2023 I purchased Quantity 3 "Smok Morph 2 Mod kits" on-line from this company. The cost was approx. $150. Breazy order # 's are ****** and ******. They were received on Friday March 17th 2023. All three were defective on arrival. I immediately advised Breazy via e-mail of this fact and asked for their assistance. The company does not have a customer service dep't. and the only way to reach them is via a 3rd-party intermediary, ( Zendesk). Eventually I did get a response from them in the form of several questions that had no relevance to the problem that I had described to them. There has been no meaningful contact from them since that time.In hindsight I have read customer reviews of this company. Some customers are very happy with them,- those customers presumably received what they had paid-for. Others, - like myself, did not get what they paid-for and - like myself, got no help from the seller. My advise "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"

      On December 8Th I ordered a vape from this company that did not work upon arrival. I have tried multiple times to contact this company through four emails and three phone calls. I have been unable to get any response from them. No return calls and no return emails. However their policy says if a product is defective on arrival you only have 24 hours to contact them. It has now been a week and Nothing. I either need this exchanged or my money back immediately.

      Made product order on May 09; 2022. Order receipt #****** I have reached out to hello@breazy.com a number of times. I have only received one response blaming the fulfillment problem on new management. My order is not filled. It is June 07, 2022. I have been charged and money removed from my account. I would like my money refunded and the order cancelled or immediate delivery

      Same as every other problem on your site. Breazy has no problem charging your card, but when its time to ship or offer support through email they cant find time. Then they go on BBB and give the same copy and pasted vaping laws .Covid excuse to all of the complaints. Ive dealt with 5 other vape companies within the US this year, and Breazy is the only one s******* the customers over. Watch below and theyll leave the same generic response showing they dont even read the complaints

      I placed an order on 05/17/22. I actually received a response to my numerous attempts to contact Breazy and was told that they took orders knowing that they didn't have any product to ship! They took people's money FALSELY! I am assuming that is a crime! They knowing took money and didn't tell customers that they didn't have any products! I then was told they would receive products yesterday and all orders would be processed then. Guess what....it's Tuesday and my order is NOWHERE!!!!!!!!! I then demanded a REFUND AND COMPENSATION TO NO RESPONSE. they took my money! They stole my money! How can I process a criminal claim?

      I ordered 4 juices, in stock, over two weeks ago. They gladly took my money, then ghosted me. My initial email a week after no communication post-transaction was met with an apologetic response about new management etc. Fine. Then I emailed again 4 days later asking when my order would ship. No response. Then I emailed the general customer service email on the website. No response. Then I replied to the initial customer service agent who sent the apologetic email. No response. It's been two and a half weeks, they have my money and aren't even pretending to care about sending me my product. I am issuing a chargeback with my CC, and will never, ever, ever order from this business again.

      I placed an order on 5/6. Since I got married it changed my name which flagged for identity verification. I did that their system wasn't working so used the email the provided. (Ageverify@breazy.com) no one has been in contact. I sent a follow up response again no communication. Then I reached out to the main contact *************** no response back after 3 more attempts nothing. Their chat doesn't work multiple times stated on their websites but have attempted to make contact during these hours and, again, no response. I use to use this website for all my vaping needs but their lack of communication is losing my trust in them. Can I just get an update or cancel my order?

      I have attached the document that came with the order.This is a vaping company which sent my underage son Vaping supplies. Im not sure if its their age verification process or someone of age ordering and having it shipped to my house. But it has my underage childs name on the order.

      I made an order on Friday 02-18-22 for the amount of ******. Breazy has already charged my card for total funds. I received a confirmation of order however I never received a shipping confirmation or even an email that says hey we received your order and are working on it or we expect it to be delivered late. There has been no communication from Breazy at all even after I send emails. Please help.

      Hello! Recently (due to national vaping laws) the entire vaping industry has had to alter the way we ship and use various delivery courier services. This has caused undue frustration to many of our customers as the new carriers learn to carry large orders and move a large volume of shipments. We offer this not as an excuse but rather an explanation for the length of time it has taken to resolve these issues. If the order fails to be delivered or is lost in transit, we offer multiple forms of recompense. We do ask at this time, that the customer reaches out to us at hello@********************** so that we can work as best and quickly as we can to resolve this issue.

      Plac** an order on 11/22/21 Still have not receiv**. I was deni** access to the shipper. The shipper suppos**ly attempt** delivery, but not to the front door. Breazy.com refus** to contact the shipper and they refus** to contact them. A third party attempt ** to get info and was met with rais** voice and told they weren't going to assist and if we didn't like it contact the BBB, you. I believe they fraudulently took my money, deni** me access to shipper and was verbally abusive. I request** that someone from corporate contact me and said any and all contact will be ignor** and eras**. I want to file a claim. Please advise. Thank you for your timely response.

      I am rejecting this response because: The shipping method was never the problem. The lack of customer service has yet to be addressed. At no time did anyone extend any cooperation. They refused to check the status of my order on numerous occasions. They denied me access to the shipper as well as refusing to contact the shipper themselves to assure that attempts be made at a front door as is customary. Never did they even give me a common courtesy of saying .."Sorry for your frustration, let us check on that for you" ...not once. My husband was addressed by *************************** very abruptly; rudely instructing us to contact the BBB if we didn't like it. He said he wasn't **************** and refused to direct us to someone that was in that department. They took my money and after that point didn't care. I was told not call because my calls and or emails will be erased instead of addressed. 

      I am disheartened if upper management allows their underlings to treat and speak to customers in such a fashion. Their claim is they want to be the "Amazon" of vaping. Well, I seriously doubt that they will ever be in that league with this corporate environment. They deserve a Zero rating. I would never advise another to use Breazy. I'm not sure how I can be made to feel better, but I do know their attempt has failed.
