      3/19/24 I have purchased a utv polaris ranger add said cold air and heat with new diesel engine 5.6 hours paid 15k plus 200 for title or whatever then 700 to ship to me guys were nice told me blows ice cold everything is fine I got the utv and was totally not what I expected no ac and leaking oil every were then I called them that night 4 days later telling them immediately that there was a mistake and it didn't have ac they said my fault read add wrong wow really then oil line was broke so couldn't even drive and now a professional mechanic has told me it's a used engine and not new totally lied about description and machine total fraud

      On 11/8/21 my husband, ****, contacted the business via **** messages and phone to discuss the listing of a 2014 **** Deere *** Gator 825i in which he was told that the *** was in a great shape, with normal wear & tear & ran as it should. After more review, I proceeded with the purchase. The *** was picked up by a shipping carrier on 11/10/21 and was delivered to me the afternoon of 11/12/21. Upon a brief walkthrough, it was evident, the *** was not in the condition as listed. Additionally, upon a 3 minute drive around our subdivision, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. My husband then inspected the *** and discovered that there was a long list of issues: 1) We bought & paid for a 2014, and the *** sent is a 2013, 2) We bought & paid for a 825i model, and the *** sent is a 825e 3) There is evidence of gas being in the oil,4) The entire underneath and sides have severe rust that appears to have just been painted over to conceal the true condition of the ***, and 5) The hours/miles on the *** do not match with the amount of damage on the body overall, so I am very inclined to believe there is odometer fraud. My husband called to discuss the issues and was asked, or rather told, What did you do it? That statement is completely unprofessional & unconscionable. We literally were in possession of the unit for 30 minutes. The business initially refused to accept a return, then on 11/15/21 agreed but are still refusing to refund us $2250.00 which is the round trip costs of shipping from NJ to MO and then back to NJ. I believe the business was fully aware of the true condition of *** they sold me hence why they sent us their Liability Waiver in attempt to shield them from wrongdoing. If this place had a legitimate and sound business practice, we wouldn't be out the $2250.00 as the unit would have been good. After more review into the business itself, it has been discovered that others have made eerily similar complaints against them. We just want the full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: I provided the seller multiple photos and video, that coupled with the fraud and deception he decided to refund 95% of my money. He has failed to refund the remaining $2250.00. I will make a complaint to the *** and NJ attorney general due to the fraud scam he is running.
