i PURCHASED A **** OF WOOD FOR DELIVERY, AND RECIEVED JUST OVER A HALF **** OF WOOD. i CONTACTED THE SELLER WHO ASKED ME TO PROVIDE PHOTOS WHICH I DID. A TINY AMOUNT OF WOOD WAS THEN REDILVERED, ABOUT 20 LOGS. THE **** (BY MEASURMENT) WAS STILL BETWEEN 1/3 TO 1/2 SHORT OF THE AMOUNT. THE SELLER NOW DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL, TEXT, OR PHONE CALLS.Initial Complaint

I had a verbal phone agreement with Denny Wiggers for a delivery of 8 cubic yards of "arbor shreds" to be delivered and spread on 5/18/23. I received a call from them that they were in my driveway with the delivery on 5/11/23. I was not able to be home at that time due to a medical appointment. My husband explained where the arbor shreds were to go (on a path through the ***** in our backyard with any remaining along the roadside at the front of the property as had been done approx. one year before. Then he had to leave. The workmen did not follow directions and the product was spread on top of what was forested land and none left for the front. I returned home to find the error, some of which they fixed but most unfixable. Half the path has not been spread with the product and there was none left for the front of the property. I had already written a check and given it to them. Upon speaking with their office, they offered to have a supervisor come to the property to evaluate and work out a solution. It has been 8 days and they keep saying they are coming but no one has contacted me.
