I received a call on July 1, 2024 with a message from a female named ***. She stated she was from client care in regards to a mortgage. She left the message for someone named ****. I just chalked it up to a wrong number. I received a second call on July 2 2024 from the company with no message being left. I became concerned so I decided to call the ************************** The desk sergeant was not aware of this company. He told me not to answer the call and just check my credit reports. On July 8, 2024 I received a third call from the same company with no message. I would think at this time they would have figured out I am not the person they are looking for. Due to the sensitive nature of personal data I am asking for your help to resolve this matter.Business response

This company has fraudulently been making inquiries on my credit despite the fact I have absolutely no interest in doing business with them. Every time they call I just hang up the phone and have never given consent for them to run my credit. I want them to stop and just give me my identity back.Business response

We have no record of this person. They have also been posting fake reviews on ****** about our company. They cannot produce any documentation to what they are stating and continue to harass us. They need to stop immediately.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I have received over 11 calls from matt ***************************************** The last two calls were on Oct 16th 2023, after I hung up on the jerk is when I started getting notified my credit reports were being pulled. I have filed reports with Equifax and Transunion.

I was contacted by **** from Bond Street Mortgage. They ran an inquiry on my credit even though I'm not interested in any of their products and do not give consent.

You need to reopen my complaint against Bond Street Mortgage. I am attaching a screenshot showing the hard inquiry they have done without my consent. I don't know how or why they even got my information from me as I was never interested in their service. They even send emails out that have disclaimers threatening their clients not to buy cars or furniture or pursue a new career which is frankly none of this companies business what people do with their life.
