Upon moving into our unit we soon discovered the gas dryer was back venting into our living space. In addition smell of fragrance from downstairs units laundry (dryer sheets) caused my girlfriend to have reaction due to king standing skin sensitivity. This resulted in my trip to emergency care for asthma attack.Water is hard. All together I Have purchased 4 KDF filters for both the washing machine and the shower. Sound proofing is non existent. Have spent hours in therapy since my mental health has been affected due to quality of life and lack of sleep. Apartment finishes are shorty. Have purchased vent covers, caustic caulking, above mentioned filters, latch strikes, return air filter, door handle lock for garage, air purifier. I would like to be reimbursed for therapy fees, emergency visit fees, and for items purchased to fix problems myself.
