This complaint is in regards to my mother, *********************************** visiting this store on Saturday March 4th, 2023. She brought in her old smartphone Galaxy S8 and asked someone in this store to help her transfer her number to the new phone (iPhone 14 Pro ***** The store associate assisting my mother proceeded to remove the sim card from the old phone and damaged it. Later my mother realized the phone no longer charges. She returned to the store and told them about, and she was told to leave the phone for repair. After picking it up, the sim card was gone and the battery no longer charged. She was given a different battery(presumably not authentic manufacturer). This caused great inconvenience as my mother is not able to transfer her phone number to a new phone and her old phone was damaged (no longer charging or turning on) and sim card lost by the store.
