I purchased a hospital bed for my disabled husband from this company that was given to me by ********* I was told that a form needed to be faxed to the doctors office for approval which I was told was done and submitted to ********* I was told that the bed cost $1.500.00 I need to pay the $500.00 upfront and claim to our secondary insurance which is AARP United Healthcare. I paid the day before the bed was delivered on January 4, 2024. Two weeks later I called AARP United Health to follow up on the reimbursement of the $500.00. I was told that ******** had not sent them the explanation of benefit. I called ******** who told me that there was no claim from the vendor, Carmens Pharmacy and Medical Supply. On February 2, 2024 I called ******** to follow up on the case, spoke with *************************** who stated that no claim had been received from said vendor. She did a 3 way conference call, myself, ******* from ******** and ********* from Carmens. ********* said she will call their billing department to inquire. ******* suggested a 4 way conference call to their billing department but ********* refused, said she does not know who is handling their billing. When she hang up ******* advised me to call everyday for follow up because she felt that Carmens is not using the ******** guidelines. I called ******** on February 20, spoke with a *********************** who stated that no claim had been received from Carmens advised me to call Carmens for follow up. I called and waited for about 20 rings till ********* picked up. She stated that their billing department had sent the claim on February 15. I called ******** again spoke with ***************** who suggested to call back in a week and meantime put in a complaints at the BBB because of the attitudes of Carmens employee and treatment to customers.I thank you for reading this and hope no undeserving senior citizen will be a victim ever again.Initial Complaint

I purchased support bracelet from this pharmacy and it gave me an allergic reaction. I have never had an allergic reaction before when I came to return it they charged me a 20% return fee then they put the bracelet right it front of me to sell. When I asked why the 20% fee since the reason is due to their product I did not received a proper explanation just that this was the policy.
