Contacted **** weiss in april 2022 for t top enclosure. Initially said it would be about 6 weeks. Paid deposit of $1200. Finally installed in September 2022. Paid the remaining $2300. T top installed during warm weather. Boat at that point October 1 was put away for winter and enclosure removed. When I put the boat back in beginning of May in the cooler weather the enclosures would not fit. He said to stretch and warm. When I did this some fit but the port side side curtain would not fit and the stitching came out.. He frequently does not answer emails or calls. Eventually does apologizing and says he coming out to repair. Never shows up. Even had me repeats some measurements with pictures to make new piece for the runners. At this point if you can resolve would be preferable. I have a series of text messages going back to May 11th I could forward but do not know how to copy and attach.Thank you
