I took my car to Car Toyz for new tires at on or about 6/20/23. They called to advise me that my wheel was cracked and needed repair. They advised they would be sending the wheel out for repair and would need to keep the car an extra day or two. When I picked up my car they assured me the wheel repair was like new and the car was safe to drive. Less than 150 miles later, the wheel cracked again. I took the car elsewhere and was told it was welded incorrectly. There was an additional crack in the wheel. It cost me $900 to repair correctly, on top of what I already paid Car Toyz. In addition, I now need a new wheel. I believe Car Toyz should be responsible for the second repair and the new wheel, or their welder should, since it was not done correctly AND they allowed me to leave their lot in an unsafe car. I have attempted to contact Car Toyz to discuss but they have not returned my calls or emails. Please let me know if you need supporting documents. I am unable to upload them at this time.
