On or around April 13, 2022 I got my haircut. Unfortunately, it was botched really bad. I contacted the company and they agreed to fix it. I spoke with the manager who spoke with the owner and got approval. They knew it would take a few few haircuts and time to get it back to where it was. I went 5 weeks ago to get it cleaned up. The hairstylist said it would take one more cut in 5 weeks to get it back to where it was. I scheduled my next haircut. The company is no longer honoring their agreement. Furthermore, they did not refund me my money. I have a $65 credit. They said they could not give me my money back, only a store credit?Mistakes do happen unfortunately. I get that. However, I expected them to fix it and honor what they said they would do. After all, they are the ones that offered the solution. I thought I was being very fair and understanding. I am disappointed they did not honor their agreement and had a person at the front desk inform me that the manager and owner changed their minds and would no longer honor their solution and would not even deliver the message themselves. I would like a refund of my money and people to know how they conduct their business.Business response

Good afternoon,
Please be advised the complaint against Metropolis spa and salon in *********, ** has been resolved. I was unaware of the happening. The gentleman and I had a long conversation last week. The resolution was return of money, and I additionally enclosed a gift card for he and his wife to receive a complimentary spa service.
