I financed my vehicle in February 2023. There has been a slew of issues that should not be reoccurring. On the day I financed my vehicle I was guaranteed a FULL INSPECTION. I started having issues with steering, suspension and rack and pinion issue less than two months after financing. After ******** service assistant gave me the run around. **** the service manager was able to rectify this issue. I appreciated him stepping in and handling the situation correctly. However once again I am experiencing the same issues and the WORST level of customer service. I truly believe there was something wrong with this vehicle when I financed and a "FULL INSPECTION' of this vehicle was not completed. August 2024 - I took my vehicle in for service and I described the sound my vehicle is making while braking and instead of focusing on what could be causing the issue. Infiniti service only completed a replacement of brake pad and rotors. ******** in service confirmed I do not need to change the rotors until November but some how convinced me to get it done. I paid around $1700. ****'s exact words were 'Your car will drive like brand new" A few days later my car is making the same clunking noise and it gets worse. The rotors may have not been installed correctly causing a screeching noise while braking.

I am sorry you are having these issues.  Please reach out to **** or ******** to get your Infiniti back in for inspection.

I took my vehicle to Ramsey Infinitti to have service done back in December. I have been charged for multiple things and the service to my car has not been completed. I have called multiple times and have not gotten a response. We are now going on 5 months.

Please provide more information.  We do not see an amount of $6,000.  Your service included oil and filter change, tire replacement, valve cover gasket, and spark plugs.  What did the shop do that you want to dispute this?

It all started when I brought my 2017 Infiniti Q60 to my local dealership for service due to a check engine light that went on. I brought my car in on May 17, 2023 and after a diagnostic, they told me my pcv valve needed to be replaced. I got my car back just for my car to have the light turned back on. When I brought my car back to my dealership, it stopped working. The dealership didnt know what to do resulting in them towing my car to Infiniti of Ramsey auto group. The dealership I brought my car to was the point of contact for Infiniti of Ramsey. Infiniti told them that I needed a sub battery which is why my car turned off, after getting that fixed they returned my car to the initial dealership only for the light to turn on. The dealership brought my car back to Infiniti. Infiniti ran another diagnostic and said I needed more work done which cost my extended warranty well over $6,000 to repair. I was told my car was done and ready to be picked up on July 3rd. When the other dealership picked my car up, the car started to stall on the way back and ended up stopping entirely. Infiniti of Ramsey used my warranty to make thousands of dollars which they already got paid for and my car still has an engine light showing. Infiniti was suppose to pick up my car today July 6, 2023 from the other dealership which they did not.

I bought a pre- owned 2020 ****** Altima (Not As Is ) on 10/15/2022 from Ramsey Infinity in ********** paid through financing $29,348.97 . I was told by the salesman that everything was done to the car ( oil and filter change, brakes , full inspection ,etc) and that the car is good to go. Brakes started to squeak a few weeks after I got the car, called and told the salesman. Took car in for the first oil change in January and told that both front and rear brakes are very bad and that I need to replace them, especially the rear brakes ASAP. Called and told the salesman he referred me to the used sales department and that I must ask for the manager ****, did that left several messages with the receptionist and he kept avoiding me, finally when I told her Im going to get a lawyer he came on the phone, he said that its not a problem to bring the car in and theyll fix the brakes issue, my daughter and I sat there for almost 3 hours and then they said the was ready, I asked for a receipt and I was told that **** the other manager has to send the paperwork upstairs for approval and then it would be in their system, I left with no paperwork showing what was done to the car. Brakes are still squeezing, weird funky smell is coming out of the A/C vent, and now the volume is going up and down on its own crazily loud or way down. At this point they need to take this car back.

My QX60 was shutting down while driving, so I towed it to this dealership. They kept it several days to figure out what was wrong. They eventually called me to tell me I needed a new thermostat, and oil sensor and the job would cost $1750. I wasn't covered under the current warranty so I told them that I would have the car towed somewhere else to have the work done. I decided to just buy the parts from them. The parts cost me $62, so I bought them and took them to another mechanic to get the vehicle fixed. I had the car towed to that mechanic so he could take a look at it. I told him what Infiniti of Ramsey told me and what parts I would need. He had the car for a day, then called me to tell me the car was fixed. I was baffled since I still had the parts that I bought from Infiniti. When I went to pick up the car, the mechanic told me that the oil sensor was disconnected and that was the problem. It didn't need a new thermostat or sensor. He also said that the sensor was very difficult to take off and not in an area where it could accidentally be knocked off or fall off. So someone had to unplug it. Infiniti was going to charge me $1750 to plug back in the sensor! This is fraud and they should be held accountable.

Based on the information the customer provided. the vehicle was not functioning properly and needed to be towed.  Our technicians connect the vehicle to a computer that diagnoses the issue.  The recommendation to fix the problem was based on diagnosis information, not the technician observing something was unplugged.  If it was unplugged, it was unplugged before it arrived at our location.

I am rejecting this response because: It also stated that I needed a new thermostat which was NOT the case. So even if there was a code for the oil sensor and it just needed to be plugged in instead of being replaced, there's still the issue with the thermostat that had nothing to do with the oil sensor.  Once again, Infiniti of Ramsey are scamming customers and I'm sure, I'm not the only one.  That explanation does not make any sense because my vehicle was there for about 5 days and the mechanic did not just hook it up to a diagnostic machine.  That is not an acceptable explanation.
