My 2020 Kenworth T680 was taken to this shop to get a new radiator. While there, the radiator was repaired, but several other issue appeared that was not present before my truck was taken to that shop. I paid to have all of these issue repaired...$7,818.97. My driver left, the very next day the truck began having coolant issues. The truck was taken back only for them to say there was a hole in a brand new whose that that they didn't replace so this cost was extreme for a whose and diagnostics...$687. Upon leaving, within 12 hours, the same issue appeared...coolant leak. The driver took the truck back for the same issue...coolant, this time we went to their sister location, only for them to say a different problem related to the coolant...$1,541.24. Now a day later the same issue the coolant issue , but the leak is now worse than it ever was. Gabrielli are not taking my calls or emails. I feel they have created the initial issues to gouge for money and still did not fix the problem.
