On Nov 23, 2021 I bought a furniture set which I paid cash for of $4450. We had had a small fire in the home and because of smoke damage in the home the old furniture had to be disposed of. When the new arrived , it was kept covered for approximately 2weks and not used at all. When we did uncover it and try to use it one side of the love seat recliner was not working properly. I called and told them, they sent 2 workers out and they checked it out. After about a half hour they said yes it came from them broken, it would be fixed after Christmas. I have made many calls and I keep getting the same answer, " I am on the list" What list am I on? The list to be ignored? I have been waiting 3 months...I want the love seat replaced, I don't want a broken piece of furniture. I have kept the tags on the furniture and blankets on the end that is broken so no one can sit on the piece and perhaps be hurt by the broken mechanism. Can you possible get this business to do something for me? Thank You, *************************
