Cancelled Road Hazard Tire Product warranty through **** ***** on 11/29/23. **** ***** forwarded check to to dealer, World Jeep on 12/10/23. I’ve made several attempts to contact World Jeep inquiring about the return funds to have no response. The refunds are to be disbursed to my auto lien holder, ** ****** and World Jeep has not done so yet. World Jeep is operating in bad faith and I require my funds immediately to be credited against my loan which IO’m incurring interest on currently.Initial Complaint

I leased vehicle at dealership in **********. I was not provided information on how to transfer registration from my previous vehicle to new vehicle in **************. Company took possession of my previous vehicle and fees for my state DMV, but failed to obtain the proper registration on the new vehicle. As they contract with an outside company, ******************* they refuse to assist in getting my car properly registered.Business response

i purchased a car from the dealer on march 28 2022.it is financed with Ally Auto Finance i financed ***** and put down **** it has been over 90 days and according to the *********************** the dealer has not attempted to pay the tax tag or title the car i have made efforts to have this resolved and so did the finance company but the dealer ship has ignored all complaintsBusiness response

The company performed a nine point inspection service on my vehicle prior to a long trip. Not even within 24 hours I filter they had replaced collapsed and the truck to break down. The truck had to be towed for repairs out of state. We incurred thousands of dollars in associated expenses that the dealership does not want to reimburse due to their faulty part or bad service.The customer service isnt responding and ignoring my request for a call back.Business response

Good morning,
************** experienced a failure of a part that was installed properly at the dealership. The vehicle made it to the ********** prior to ************** having any issue with operations, and the part in question should have been covered free of charge by the local Dodge / Ram dealership he had the work done at as all parts carry a 1 year / 12K mile warranty. We directed ************** to *************************** as well but do not believe dealership did anything incorrectly in this scenario.

I purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass Trail hawk on 1/24/22. A light was present I was told not to worry I have full coverage drive it to see if the light goes out. I brought the car in because the light didn't go out in less than 30 days. Low and behold I was told it was a battery issue which the car has two batteries. I was told if one by the service department if one battery isn't working it will drain the other. I get a call to replace both batteries they cost $700.00. I also paid extra for bumper to bumper warranty which does not cover normal wear and tear that is fine but this light was on before I purchased the car. If this happen two months down the line ok fine I wouldn't mind paying but the light was on and I was told by the salesman don't worry about it I have full coverage.Business response

this repair was goodwilld and completed at no charge. My used vehicle manager ****** reached out to ****************** this morning who has reported that she is satisfied. Can we close this as resolved unless Im missing an additional remedy needed to ensure 100% satisfaction?
