Attn: **************************** owners of Innovate Salon Academy located in ****************, **. After months of extensive research and visiting many educational institutions seeking an academy that was reputable, inclusive, knowledgable in the field and offered an exceptional classroom experience I elected Innovate Salon Academy has school. I was instantly captivated by everything the school offered as published on your website and was sold the idea that the core curriculum was the absolute best in the industry and that the teachers were exceptionally tenured and knowledgeable. I paid about $15,000 for the esthetician program, and i didn't get what i was promised for that amount. Instead I was met with a very hostile, unprofessional and profoundly disappointing experience. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the evergrowing issues and voice my concerns with no avail. I have emailed and personally met with the school Director and members of the Adminstration and have not recieved a sustainable solution.I am seeking your immediate assistance and attention in this matter and am formally requesting you contact me as soon as possible.Business response

Please be advised that our Academy followed all protocols when dealing with this internal complaint. ************ met with the director and the director explained that we have a discrimination and harassment policy that we strictly adhere to. ************ was emailed said policy on 11/9/23 and to this date, student never followed through with filing an informal or formal complaint with our Academy. We are a federally funded, accredited, licensed post secondary school and we take our position within this arena very seriously. We are sorry that ************ found her time at our Academy unsatisfactory, however, we stand on our principles that we delivered the exceptional education that we are known for and proud of.

I am rejecting this response because:Hi Jhon Thanks for responding, however it is very interesting how you respond after the email I sent your Director about stop emailing me. And where I express my reasons. This complaint was even closed due to your company not answering within the frame time but it took ***'s to report to you my last email for you guys to answer. At this point I'm noticing very incomplete information in regards to me not responding to the complaint. As you might know I was FORCED to have a confrontational, insulting and disrespectful meeting with **** the instructor and *** not giving me the opportunity to have a proper way to express my complaint. I was threatened by ***** that I will be kicked out of the program if it reported her after she called me a b**** for expressing my thoughts about her unprofessional teaching. The Director instead of allowing me to talk to her and explain the situation called the instructor who was harassing me and went off with nothing but lies. It is interesting how on her first class in this academy she created a very hostile environment between students and unprofessional behavior and subject like *** that had nothing to do with our education. And this is were I was not treated fair nor giving the opportunity to talk to anyone there besides Mrs ******* who had the professionalism to listen and act but unfortunately with her position there was not much she could do.
The higher up members of the academy like the director *** didn't provide the proper support to your students who invested a good amount of money to get the right education. But I can see how your academy handles situation like this just by reading all your answers on the ****** reviews when it comes to negative feedback. all I can wish is that **** does not bring you more harassment complaints to your academy in the future and ruin the reputation you talk about in your website.
