I have a leak within the wall of my tiled shower. On October 26th I paid Poust a $138 diagnostic fee to find that leak so it could be fixed. The technician they sent, ****, couldn't find the cause of the problem and we made an appointment for him to return with *****, who was more experienced. Instead, on November 2nd I was visited by ******, another tech who likewise couldn't tell me exactly what's causing the problem. Both technicians photographed the wall area affected by the leak with their phones.I paid a $138 to locate the leak so it could be repaired. Instead, I got two guesses and something I already know. I was told: "Water is SOMEHOW leaking into the wall and running down." (That's why I called!!); "We can replace the cartridge ($500 cost) but there's no guarantee it will solve the problem." (I am a senior citizen with a limited income. Upon laying out so much money shouldn't I expect it to be justified?); "You can try replacing the shower doors to see if that helps." (Note that the shower doors are perpendicular to the wall with the leak and their track is very well caulked.)I believe such a costly, inconclusive diagnosis constitutes a legitimate complaint and feel I am entitled to a refund for the accurate diagnosis I paid for, but didn't receive.
