This company was one of the worst experiences I have dealt with. I scheduled an appointment to service my gas furnace and to also get a quote to replace the entire system within the near future. I was given a 4-hour window to which no one ever showed up, nor did they call or give any reason. I called and spoke with a manager who was apologetic and stated he thought he called me to say no one was coming. I rescheduled the appointment to the following week and was once again given a 4-hour window for a technician to arrive. No one showed up that day either, nor did they give a courtesy call or try to contact me in any way.I have not even bothered to contact this joke of a company again and have instead went with **** ***** ******************************************* who arrived at my home very promptly and serviced my furnace without issue. Steer clear of this absolute garbage company with even worse customer service. I should send them a bill for wasting a total of over 16 hours of my time (I gave them a 8-hour window instead of the 4 I was told).Review from John K

**** did a great job. He found the problem with my air conditioner as soon as he opened it. He then explained to me what the problem was and what could have caused it. He then set up an appointment in the fall to have my furnace maintenance done. He has been too my house before and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him.Review from Sue W

***** did a great job -- showed up on time and did all the right checks. He even spent a bit of extra time with the compressors to make sure they were in good shape after a tough year. He had to run up and down stairs about half a dozen times to check both units -- oh, to have that energy again! ***** was so professional and upbeat, it was a pleasure to have him around!We had Poust put in new units about 4-5 years ago and I am always delighted to have them come out and check things because I know they are proud of their work.Review from Diane V

Poust has been my go to heating contractor for the last 5 years. This is my 3rd major job since I started to use them. The current job is running natural gas to my boiler. ***************** was the lead tech on this project, he arrived on time, we discussed the project prior to start which he executed as per discussion. Piping was performed neatly and job turned out well. **** cleaned up after completing the job leaving no trace of having been here. I am very satisfied with completed job.Review from Mark R

******* was extremely helpful with locating all of the issues I had encountered in my new home. He not only repaired the damaged piping, he also was able to determine the purposes and locations of the many water lines I have flowing through my house. I would highly recommend asking for ******* when requesting your need for repairs. I have already asked that he be the technician for the remaining work to be completed at my home in the near future. Very professional company. Wonderful prompt service( new heating system installed in one day!). Awesome, knowledgeable, hard working, friendly staff. Couldnt ask for better! Highly recommend!
