****** sent to managing partner of this firm seeking his assistance in resolving. To date no reply from him.Dear **************************:My mother, *******************************, was a client of yours and she unfortunately passed away on 12/21/22. I contacted *******************, her financial advisor, in early January 2023 who, along with ***** ****, has been facilitating the account inheritance process for me and my sister ********************************** February 13, 2023 I discovered that a withdrawal had been taken from my mothers *** by ******* in the amount of $5465.56 ($4,902.07 plus tax withheld of $563.49). This was to pay her life insurance premium as I understand it. I notified ******************* of this issue the same day I became aware of it.This was clearly an error on the part of whoever is responsible for facilitating this transaction (either Elite Retirement Consultants or ******* Financial). Either way, this should not have occurred.The principal of $4902.07 has been returned to me although in a distribution that I did not authorize. This will likely cause me an unplanned tax obligation but there is nothing I can do about this at this time.I have been waiting for approximately 4 months for the tax to be returned to me as well. This was withdrawn in error as stated and creates other difficulties as well including the potential for me to have to file another income tax report for my mother for the current year.In any case, I simply want the $563.49 returned to me and am asking for your help directly. *************** has been dealing with ******* on my behalf and is not making much progress as far as I can tell (though no fault of her own). She has suggested I write this letter to formalize this request although I have previously made this request to her and **** via email I would like either ERC or ******* to reimburse me this amount in good faith as this was not my error. Upon such time that the *** returns this money it shall then be directed to either ERC or *******.
