Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine changed their mailings to digital. A letter was mailed to me explaining the magazine is going digital and I was given the option to cancel subscription with refund if I wanted to stop. I emailed them my cancellation requesting refund on 10/27/23.. Emailed them 3 times; called 3 times. Told refund was on the way. I requested a verification be sent to my email that the refund was being sent. No verification, no check. My 1st correspondence was on 10/27/23. Today is 3/1/24. They are not following through. These are the dates I contacted them - 10-27-23; 1-10-24; 1-22-24; 2-15-24; 3-1-24.Initial Complaint

I renewed Primitive Quilts and Projects Magazine for two years on 9/27/22 at a cost of $44.97. In November or so of 2023, I received a letter with my issue saying that they were discontinuing the print version of the magazine. Stated in this letter was the following: "We hope you will enjoy the new digital format, but if you prefer a refund on any remaining issues in your subscription, please contact: ******************************************** I did this, but received an email in return, saying that at that time they weren't providing refunds. My desire is to receive a refund for the remaining issues, as they said they would do.Initial Complaint

I paid for the magazine in print; a 3 year subscription renewal. The renewal notice indicated that the renewal was for a printed & mailed magazine. There was a leaflet included with the current issue stating that the magazine will be available only in digital format beginning with the next issue, going forward. The last line of the insert states the following: "We hope you will enjoy the new digital format, but if you prefer a refund on any remaining issues in your subscription, please contact: ******************************************"I wrote to them at the address provided and received an email in return indicating that they are not offering refunds at this time.
