      They refuse to stop sending mail to my dead father-in-law. Since they insist on trying to sell a "hearing aid" to a dead guy then it must be a snake oil hearing aid. I've asked them to leave me alone, but the refuse to stop sending me marketing c*** designed to sell hearing aids to my dead father-in-law.

      My problem is I just paid these people off Miracle Ear over $6000 and my warranty that came up got bumped by my appointment and change over with the ************* buying them out and emergency appointments I guess my biggest complaint is Ive only had these for a few years and my left ear is already going out and now I understand that I have to buy insurance for the warranty is up all of a sudden as my left ear is going out bad service changeover employer very unfair to the consumer .

      Miracle-Ear hearing aid center in *********, ****** is taking advantage of elderly patients with hearing loss and early dementia. They sold my father a new hearing aid every year for 5 years totaling over $30,000. Hearing aids do not need to be replaced yearly. A thorough assessment of a patient's needs and ability to use features of their devices would have revealed that my father did not need Apple product connectivity, could not understand rechargeable devices, and lacked the skill and knowledge to use such expensive and advanced features. I'm certain my father bought new hearing aid because he thought he needed them, he wanted to be able to hear and participate in conversation. These folks are great "salesmen" but lack integrity. They fail to serve the best interests of our most vulnerable community members. They do not consult family members or primary care providers as requested.I believe my father could have been cared for by an actual audiologist in La Grande or at the VA in ********* for far less money if he had not got sucked into this business's promise of new technology and their promise to clean and adjust their hearing aids for free. They have created the ideal trap for people - an endless cycle of purchases followed by the need to return for adjustments and cleanings.I didn't find out what had happened until their collection agent called seeking payment for aids my father purchased on credit for the 4th year in a row. We placed an alert on the account - no purchases without consultation with family members; phone numbers provided. However, immediately after my father paid off the loan and all the late fees for his 4th set of hearing aids, they SOLD HIM A 5TH SET OF HEARING AIDS! And these, he cannot even place in his own ears. They did not call, and lied that they "tried"!Avoid this place. Find a certified and licensed audiologist.
