They have practiced unfairn and deceptive business practices. Charging an enormous amount more than is reasonable market wise and unwilling to release the vehicle or plates. Wants to hold the vehicle hostage so it incurs more daily fees but wasn't willing to take 5/6 of the unreasonably high payment and the rest later. That means more fees build up for no reason. They do not offer fair or market pricing and because they are contracted with the police, They are the ones who called them. I never wanted their services and if I knew they practiced business like this I certianly would have. It is basically extortion that the police willingly enable. I'm not sure how any of this is acceptable. It's illegal and I will be filing a criminal complaint for theft of my license plates too Was mocked for not having all ************************************************ a hit and run. And I was told I'm not their customer, the police are. So if I'm not their customer and never asked them for services I shouldn't be responsible for payment. We were contacted by the ************ to clean up a accident that the complainant was involved in. We responded, cleaned up the accident and towed the vehicle back to our storage lot as per normal practice (owner did not request vehicle to be towed to any other location). Owner came to storage facility during normal business hours to retrieve personal belongings out of the vehicle which he did. He refused to pay the invoice that was due and began to get loud and threaten our office staff. We attempted to resolve the issue with him but he refused any options that were given to him and stated he will not pay anything. The local PD had to be contacted to remove him from our property. The towing & storage rates are all set forth by the contract in place and were followed.
