Awnings installed on home within last year and fell apart on several windows. I made several calls to company only to have them come out for a temporary fix. The problem continues due to cheap, inferior product. The payment was good however, the product was no good. The company has been unresponsive and done nothing to fix this issue permanently. They made one trip to home and were out within fifteen minutes. They claim it's a wind problem but awnings on prior home, no issue. I no longer trust them and want full refund to hire another company, they can come get their junk. I can't call them every time the wind blows. The awnings are as thin as kitchen shears along with cheap hardware for construction. Its a family business, I don't know how they have lasted so long buy selling junkBusiness response

Our truck was out to the premises on Monday, May 9th, in the morning. Where we proceeded to check all awnings on the house. Four of the awnings(out of 9) all on the left side were loose and hanging ***** from wind damage. Determining that there must be a bit of a wind tunnel on that side of house(second time the same 4 came loose), the guys then made alterations to all 9 awnings by tightening every frame, checking all hardware and installing tie down ropes to all awnings(this stops the awning from bouncing up and down, therefore stopping the frames from breaking loose. We knocked on the front door to talk with the owner however he did not seem to be home. Later that afternoon we did call ********************** and explained all the alterations that were completed and told him that this should permanently fix the previous issues. We also stated that if another issue does come up to please call us immediately and we will be right out. ********************** said thank you and that he would call us if needed. From our brief conversation I would assume that the issue has been resolved.
