On 05/21/2022, we contacted Allen's Pest Management due to a flying ant problem in our home. The owner came out and evaluated the problem stating there was probably a nest inside our aluminum siding outside our home. He sprayed the entire home as well as the outside. We paid him $250 in cash as well as a tip of $20. The problem continued. He came out two more times for this problem. To date, the problem continues. On June 13th I called and texted him with the response that he would call him in an hour. We have not heard from him since and the problem continues. We feel we paid him in good faith, and he, himself said he guarantees his work through August 2022, and he has not fulfilled this promise. I texted him on June 14th and again explained the problem. We have not heard from him to date.
