      I placed an order on 5/8 for a Nolita Blouse and Skirt set. The order name was **** ******* and email is ******************** I promptly returned the item after receiving it. I followed the rules stated on their page for returns. It was sent back on 5/22. I have called and they said they received the item. Every time I call they say that I will hear from their returns department within 24-48 hrs. We have yet to hear from anyone and it has been weeks. They have not issued a refund for 199.00

      01.24.24 I order a Pink Coat. I put it on my credit card. The order said 7-10 business days for delivery.The coat never arrived. I emailed ZCRAVE and asked about the order. . .no response, no coat.I've requested a refund, and I still get no response. I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint. That is still "pending" a response from ZCRAVE.

      My son ordered this item on my phone and as soon as I realised, I contacted the company to cancel and 10 minutes after they replied asking why I wanted to cancel, they shipped the order. Upon checking if they are a scam company I have realised this is what the company do and that it's not what it advertises. Please can you help me?Thanks,***********************

      I purchased clothing from this online Company located in *** on 09/06/2022 . False description, incorrect size . I tried several time to return and eventually I was told I will not be getting a full refund on the merchandize , fees for restocking etc are being deducted and return shipping. which is not fault of mines .Very unhappy about this situation and this "sketchy company"
