I bought and paid for some coins on September 25, 2024. It's now October 9th andn't been shipped. I contacted the seller and they said the coins will be sent out next week, not shipped. I regret not checking the reviews before making a purchase from them. they still have

Im at my whits end. Its been 3 weeks since I had money taken from my account for won lot. Ive tried every way of contacting them (which isnt easy to do) yet Ive gotten no response. Im still refraining from leaving a review on their website as I dont want them to not help out of spite but Im a bit furious. This Company is a scam. I went to purchase approximately $3500 in what appeared to be legit coins from an auction with Invaluable. We reviewed two invoices within 48 hours and paid. After a week or so of not seeing any shipping info, my wife called. First, they answered with what appeared to be a drunken half-asleep hello. not hello this is Key Date Coins or anything in that manner, that was only after multiple attempts calling. They told my wife they will be shipping in a few days. Another week went by, I called several times and ***** finally answered. Then she tells me they don't have the coins, they are on consignment, and they don't know when they will receive them. I told her this was not acceptable; you don't sell what you don't have and if that the case how do you have photos of what your selling? She didn't answer. I look up for complaints and come to find out, the photos of the coins we purchased at the auction with Invaluable have been the same photos being used since the prior year and people complained of the same issue and of the same coins we purchased, they received other coins and junk. When we learned of the scam, we called our credit card company, reported the fraud and filed a complaint. I emailed Key Date Coins three different times and notified Key Date due to their fraud do not send anything under advice from my legal counsel. After reading my emails, though they said they didn't have the coins, they then sent me a package the next day or so, which we refused, and they sent again, and we refused. I am filing a complaint through legal counsel with OH & NJ state ***************** now. They are using the same picture and story to scam people for years and its online to prove it. They think sending something to say I accepted will allow them to charge me, it wont work. Much more to this scam however It is documented for states attorney's office now.

I did an online auction a couple weeks ago. Still haven't received my stuff or any confirmation on when I will. Sent them an email asking if I was going to get a confirmation or tracking number or a arrival date. No return email. So a couple after I did the first auction I did another one not knowing what I did now. But relatively the same type of stuff in previous sale but now this one has $63 insurance. Mind you my Total Auction was $90. Who would want to pay $63 in Insurance $13 in shipping and taxes on a $90 purchase. So I contacted them and asked them why and what I needed the insurance for so I could stay away from those items and not have to pay that because I am paying way more than the value of the items are. And mind you also the first order had a higher declared value than the second order. I did not receive an invoice for 5 days. Then I received the invoice with the $63 Insurance charge so I proceeded to email them and ask them why I did not get a response on that I got a response less than ****************************************************************************** bright red. I still have not heard nothing from them still have not got any of my items and no corresponding emails from them.

I don't typically rant like this however, this company needs to be removed from auction sites like Hibid, which is where I have come across them several times and it's always the same issue: I purchased several lots in a recent auction as I have in the past, they post their rules in the auction instructions, they bill you immediately after the auction closes, no problem, then they state that shipments will be out within 5-7 days after the auction, seems like a long time to get things shipped but it's their rule and you know it going in, this is where the problem lies as they simply do not ship the items in that time frame, not even close, the last time was over a month before I received my items and only after threatening to file charges, here I am again, I knew better but I bought anyway from an auction on 4/16, I've had my third email asking for my items or tracking numbers only to be told that they are behind and working on it, same as before. It's a little funny that they manage to have daily auctions selling their items and taking people's money down pat, it's just getting the product to the customer where the problem is. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid any auction run by these people as they don't communicate and they don't care about their customers or the fact that they are borderline fraudulent. I tried to complain to HIbid who allows them the platform for their auctions but they told me that they are not involved with the auction, LOL, really? You promote them and your customers suffer but don't address it. I'd give them ***** star if I could, doing business with them is not worth the aggravation.

I would like to address the negative reviews with this company. First and foremost, this is a huge auction inventory; I'd like to see anyone else attempt to try and handle the auction distribution/mailings of this magnitude. I am very pleased with ***** and *****, they make it happen! I'm a night owl, and I feel they have these auctions just for me! lol. ***** makes this auction, time and time again. I think everyone should keep in mind that these are usually estate auctions, and the coins are graded from older times. I recently bought a key date coin, a value over $10,000, for a huge discount! It remains to be seen if I will realize a huge windfall or not; but just like the stock market, bitcoin, and everything else, there is an element of risk. Keep an open mind, and relax if your shipment isn't immediate. I have never had a significant dispute with them, years and years. ***** is on it, she will rectify any misgivings. I now have a decent inventory, and believe me, I've dealt with smooth talking salesmen from "wholesale to me" coin company salesmen. I'd rather have fun with Key Date Coins on any given late night than deal with high pressure sales people. Keep an open mind, the world doesn't stop because you made a purchase and it's not at your mailing address by the next day!

Horrible company. 5-7 day shipping after auction... try not at all or maybe a month later... useless customer service department too, had a couple emails, they asked for information regarding my transaction with them and then just went radio silent after giving it to them. Still waiting on refund, filed for dispute with my bank already. Called me randomly to question me on why I filed a dispute.. I wonder why, your terms of service says... 5-7 business days for shipping with signature and tracking.... I GAVE it 2 weeks before filing the dispute.. Never Buy from these people.. they will steal your money.

Poor customer service on tracking paid invoices and hounding customers to pay invoices that are already paid
