BRS set the stage for a disastrous moving experience. ***********************, a rep of the company, made promises of an easy & stress-free move, only to reveal that her words were hollow. She displayed dishonesty, manipulation, & a complete lack of professionalism throughout our interactions. Her primary focus is to be exploiting vulnerable customers. Her actions were driven solely by greed, devoid of moral character or values. One of the most egregious practices employed by BRS was the manipulation of contracts and pricing. The movers intentionally packed my belongings inefficiently, wasting packing materials and stacking items to occupy more space in the truck. This resulted in exorbitant charges far exceeding the initial estimate. BRS offered 30 days of "free storage" but conveniently failed to mention that it would take 21 days to deliver my belongings. I was informed that my belongings would not be loaded onto the truck until I made a $1650 payment. I reluctantly complied, only to discover that my delivery date was pushed forward to a Sunday, contrary to the agreed-upon date of December 4th. Upon finally receiving my belongings at a different address than initially planned, I discovered a litany of issues. My tower speaker was missing, my bike was damaged, my kayak was damaged, valuable motorcycle jackets were missing, and several brand new items with tags were nowhere to be found. In total, over 55 items were missing or damaged. To make matters worse, my identity was stolen shortly after the move. My experience was a nightmare from start to finish: marked by false promises, deceptive practices, unethical behavior, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The damage to my belongings and the subsequent identity theft only added to the misery caused by this company. It is abundantly clear that BRS operates with the aim of exploiting customers, siphoning thousands of dollars from them. This company's unscrupulous practices should warrant its immediate closure.

I'm sorry you feel this way ******. Bluebell have provided you with the utmost customer service and the job was performed according to you bidding contract. You have indicated to our dispatch you could only receive delivery from December 4th, we planned our truck according and you received your belongs on the first week of December, not sure what the issue with delivery is. The reason you paid extra money was because you were not ready when the movers arrived and we had to do a lot of packing that was not included in the estimate and also load additional items that resulted in additional costs. You had the option to move what was in the list you provided to us prior the moving day, but you choose the additional services. You are claiming of missing and damaged items, but according to the delivery manifest, everything was there and no damages. If you have suffered Identity theft, you should have filed a police report, not sure if you are implying this accusation for our company, but if you are you need to proof, along with all other accusations you are describing here, your defamations will be taking serious and we will look for our rights to repair for any loss that *** arise from your false descriptions. If you have created your owns expectations and got disappointed with yourself we have nothing to do with it!
