I reserved an online service for my child's entertainment party. The vendor had insisted the whole process take place online or over text, refused to talk to me about the services I was looking to reserve. Implied that once I booked they would then have follow up steps.I proceeded to reserve their services as instructed. I received no email following the booking to confirm that they had received my booking, nor any form of communication to let me know the date had been reserved. I see on my statement that they had already run the credit card for services. I follow up first in email, then after no response on text to see if they received my booking.On text the vendor is rude, and telling me that I am not following instructions, or filling out information (which had already been required on their site). I explained again that I did not receive a confirmation that my reservation was placed. It began to feel like they were they were scamming me on money because she refused to speak to me about the services I want for my childs birthday party in my own home. I felt uncomfortable and asked to cancel the charge they made to my card and the services they were intending to provide. They proceeded to be rude over text message claiming they did not return deposits. Accept there was no contract, no agreement, no confirmation of services. The person kept sending me screenshots from the website which had no meaning because there was no alignment that I had booked anything.I would like my $249 credited back to my card.
