Good morning,To whom it may concern, my name is ************************* and i went to LENS LAB EXPRESS on *************************************************** on 06/16/2022. I went there because my ins coverage gave me this business as on of the closet establishments closest to me where I live in *************, **. I went there for with the purpose of getting a contact exam and order new color contacts. At that time they asked me to provide half the payment of my services rendered(eye exam&contacts)which came out to the amount of $192.50 for a six month supply of color contacts. Also my vision insurance covered and paid towards services rendered as well. Pretty straight forward and I thought it would take a week or two which is fine. However everything went well until I got a phone call a week later, from an employee there, asking me to help her with the color that i wanted. That set off an alarm because I had confirmed and covered that detailed information when I was there on the 16th of June. so now its its been over a month and I have been calling since Tuesday (12JUL2022)of this week when an employee over the phone told me that they would be arriving to the store that Tuesday as per there fed-ex tracking. Naturally I went directly to the store and politely let them know i would be around if they could please call me asap when they got there. Today 15JUL called again and got the same story that fed-ex would be arriving today and knew they where not be honest or genuine because went through this on Tuesday. I stated to the employee on the phone that I would like my money back and would like to take my business elsewhere. They stated they cant give me my money back only store credit, which is unexceptional for the situation I'm in right now. I asked to speak to the manager on every phone call and manager is never available for always on vacation. Please help I'm a US Navy reservist and about to deploy and NEED my contacts where I'm deploying to.PLEASE help cell #************
