      Would give 0 stars if possible, I had to wait months to schedule a service. When scheduling the service they were unable t understand the issue and had to ask multiple times about scheduling for diagnostics. When I arrived at the dealership I was told they didn't have time to do the service that was scheduled and the service was pushed back at least 3 weeks.

      Terrible management. In order to stand by a warranty you need to pay full price for products and labor. ********************* is not customer service material. Not sure what hes doing in a position of authority. After taking my my truck in 3 times under warranty I am told that there is no warranty and there should have never been a warranty. Now the sun roof rattles more than the initial visit. This place is a scam, they dont even have new vehicles non the lot to buy a new car.

      ********************, did have his sunroof repaired in February of 2021 in our service department, at the time of his repair his vehicle was well out of warranty and our service manager at the time of the repair approved to have the work done under goodwill, which means we repaired it for free. He did have a 12 month warranty on that repair but unfortunately that has run out, regardless of the circumstances. I feel I must also address his comments relating to our business being a sham and that we dont have any new car inventory. Lets first understand that this customer lives in *******, ** where there are not 1 but 3 large **** Dealers of which none of them would repair his sunroof for free. He did not purchase his truck from our dealership it was purchased in *******, there is a reason why he made the ************************ we tried to help. This is a case of us trying to do something good for a customer and getting dragged in the mud because we tried to help. Lets address the new vehicle inventory he mentioned or the lack there of. Perhaps he has been oblivious to the current state of our country but most people are aware that new vehicle inventory is very difficult to come by due to the microchip shortage that has had a strangle hold on everything from appliances to new vehicles. With that said we actually do have roughly 18 new units on the ground and more coming throughout the coming weeks, but just like every dealer in the country our inventory levels have most certainly suffered since Covid and we would love to have ****** units just as we did pre-Covid. The good thing for us after 32 years in business is we have a strong and loyal customer base and they understand the challenges our industry is facing. We are also fortunate that we can refuse to do business with certain individuals and for ******************** it would be best for him to find another dealer we will not be working on his vehicle ever again.       I was quoted a price to get my sunroof repaired and that price was $663.51. It was paid on the 3rd of February 2021. *** asked for proof of payment which was sent to him via email. I'm not sure why he keeps implying that this repair was done as 'goodwill' where he has proof of payment by me. I called in November of 2021 because the sunroof was rattling, At that time an RO was opened for warranty work per ******* I was told by the service department that due to COVID it would take some time to get the truck in and an appointment was set up for ******** I took the truck in for the scheduled appointment. It was supposedly repaired. After a few weeks the sunroof was rattling once again. So I called Vision to set up another appointment. After that visit the same problem persisted. I took the truck back but, I was then told the truck needed to be left for a longer period. The truck was towed up to Vision **** for the repairs to be done. After the truck was there for a week and delivered back to me in *******, the rattling continued. I again called Vision to let them know the rattling was still present. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of *****, I'm not sure who he is at Vision. He was very rude. So I contacted Les, the general manager at Vision. At first he says he had no record of the service ever being performed. Then, he said the work was done as goodwill and therefore there would be no warranty on the work. I'm still left with a rattling sunroof even though I paid to get it repaired.

      Hello, it has been about a week and I have yet to hear back about any resolution to this matter.In reviewing the comments from Les it is understood that I or my vehicle is not welcomed at Vision ***** It is sad that they do not stand behind any warranty, with this said please refund to my credit card as soon as possible the amount of $663.51 so that I can use these funds to help pay for repairs at another **** dealer.

      It has been one month and I have yet to hear from Vision **** to see if they will be repairing my issue or refunding my money for the repairs. I have also tried to reach out to the owner *************************** but evidently he does not care about his business.
