I bought a car from here. The salesman knew nothing, every time I asked a question, all he told me was, I don't know. I don't know what his name was because he gave me one name, his phone number had another name and the finance man called him something else. When I called him by the name he gave me, they didn't know who I was talking about. So I bought the car without any help from them. A month later, i'm still waiting for my plates and I call and they call me back and tell me they need my updated insurance because the salesman never printed it or sent it whatever he had to do and no one ever let me know a month later, that they didn't have the information they needed. They're shady, they added a bunch of fees. So if you buy a car there, add at least three thousand dollars for their warranties and such. They don't know anything about cars. It had to be the most unprofessional company, or one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever seen.

Alert!!. Don't ever buy a car from this place. Especially, be very careful when you work with sale person name, *********************. I signed an agreement of buying ***** accord at $26,174 on Tuesday morning and emailed him this signed agreement on Tuesday morning. I told him my son would stop by to pay for the car and pick up this Saturday. But I got a simple message today, Thursday morning, that this car was sold by sales manager on Tuesday night.These guys are scam and not respecting normal business ethics in this country. Whatever good to them, they don't give a s*** to customers.When I raised my voice (because I was literally ****** at their doing business like this and not honoring an agreement), sales manager just hung up. After i called him again, he said selling a car to whoever comes to lot first, is AutoNation policy. If this is the policy, then, why do they ask me to sign an agreement?They do all these nonsense to customers and they don't feel guilty.Do not buy any car from these guys. Especially, those guys i mentioned. These are low class people, not understand the ethics of business and don't know how to honor an agreement between buyer and seller.If you continue to buy from these guys, they will do the same thing over and over. As customers, we need to teach these guys a ******, so they understand they have to respect customers and to revise that stupid company policy in a favorable way to customers.I know we, as a customer, don't have many options, but i strongly recommend you rethink if you plan to buy from these guys. This is the only way to teach ****** to these people.Thank you.

Sales person and as very kind and answered our questions. Got the vehicle home and found the milage was in Kilometers and could not be changed. Made in ****** most likely and with some of the missing standard features like a touch screen, running boards and backup camera we began to feel we didn't want the vehicle. Too much additional investment needed. Took the vehicle back in 24 hrs and expected our money to be returned within 3 to 5 days which is what the manager told us. It's been 10 days and no refund. Now they say it will be another 6 to ten days. Frustrated that they have use of my funds for so long.

They should be charged as criminals. They claim they do a thorough inspection before sale, but I have a horrible oil leak (faulty oil pan) and my heater doesn't work. Two interior switches are also broken. Now they're telling me I have to pay a deductible and take it to a VW dealership. This is the first major purchase of my life because I live paycheck to paycheck, but I felt like I could finally take the plunge. I know it probably sounds silly, but I cry daily thinking about how foolish I must be. I just want my vehicle to run as advertised because I commute daily from *********** to ******** to work graveyard shift as a Security Officer. These people are running a scam. They sell you broken cars and force you to buy the $5000 warranty because its all they sell. Then they expect you not to complain about your broken car because you can claim on the warranty. That has to be insurance fraud on their part! The General Manager is rude and extremely unhelpful. After I told him in so many examples he was running a scam he said he would send me the $200 deductible I have to pay but I would need to sign a waiver to keep my mouth shut. Buyers Beware! Pick someone else to buy your used car from! Also I bought the car with around 65k miles its at maybe 67k miles now. The repairs are the rack and pinion, a water pump, thermostat house, radiator cap and several other things they say arent covered by my $5000 nor my 90 day warranty!! They said it went through their check list hahaha NO WAY these items were missed! Plus when I drive it I said the ride is rough. I was told they were fixing an issue with the air shocks before I took it. Which I thought they did. Only to find out they shocks are leaking and they are NOT covered by the warrantys. No way I should have to pay anything!
