Ambercare branch manager **** ********** told me each time I visited the company that the company could assist me in my needs for transportation and housekeeping services due to upcoming personal surgery. He stated I would receive follow up calls to setup services. NEVER heard back from the company. Very unprofessional behavior and would highly recommend not wasting your time with this ****** CITY business.. Plan to follow up this complaint with franchise headquarters and see what can be done about replacing the only hoe care provider in *********** with a responsible/responsive organization.*** ********. 9/13/24Review from Donna D

I had the best experience with Ambercare when my dad needed home health services. My dad had severe edema in his feet and legs. He developed wounds that needed to be treated twice per week for several weeks. He also needed physical therapy to strengthen his legs and improve his walking. The nurses and physical therapists were so wonderful with my dad, who can be very difficult and disagreeable. They were dependable, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch care. Worse office EVER. 3 years, 7 months using Ambercare home healthcare services. Particularly their ************ is a complete joke runner administration, thus the high turn over andperhaps lack of communication from office to employee then to home recipient. Bypassing the employee and addressing issues directly with whomever answers their phone, results are the same. No one rectifies problems with employee lateness, absences, resources for backup let alone returns phone calls. BEWARE of this office at the cost of your sanity and loved ones care.
