Proprietor left laborers to work countless hours unsupervised and aside from countless mistakes my sod was laid in mud while labor walking thru the mud to do so. Approximately 1000 square feet of sodded earth has to be dug up, re-leveled and re sodded which will cost thousands of dollars. Proprietor claimed the home owner walked on the sod after that caused the indentations all over the yard which is untrue as well as the fact the sod wasn't covered and prepared properly during our monsoon rains. Company owner was not present during very important stages of this job as well as not being present before finish product sod was laid. This company is negligent and must be held accountable for my damages and I will not stop until this is rectified. Total cost $33,000 for sub par work performed.Business response

**** ******, the owner of High Country Landscapes, LLC, has given us
your e-mail dated March 10, 2023 concerning the complaint of ****** *****
against High Country, and asked that we response to it on the company’s behalf.
Engaging in a factual argument with Mr. ***** will serve no useage
purpose. However, your email seeks our position concerning a desired
outcome/desired settlement. The sod that Mr. ***** complains of was installed in
a professional and workmanlike manner. If there has been some amount of
damage caused to it, it is due to his failure to properly maintain it in accordance
with the instructions he was given by High Country and his failure to keep his dogs
from damaging it.
Please advise Mr. ***** that High Country will not offer anything in the
way of a monetary settlement. Our desired outcome is that the Bureau dismiss the
complaint and that you close your file.

I am rejecting this response because:
Business laid sod in mud while crawling over it to do so and left our family with an unsatisfactory finish product costing us thousands which we do not have.
