I have a 2018 kia, I took into a local shop to get it check, because it was giving me problems going up a hill, also the check engine light was on. I took into Triple R between June 22-25, 2021. Foward to Sept they told my mom the part was not in. They have been saying that for months. 7 months later on January 3rd, 2022, my mom when over there and asked them if the car was finish, because we had seen it parked up front. They told us they have to get done with other vehicles first before they start on my car. Then a week goes by, and my mom checks on it again and the mechanic told us "It will be ready tomorrow". Every time my mom, my sister and I would ask if the car was done they would make tell us "We are short staff", "We have to get done with vehicle before we pull in your", and "I don't want to get my hands on another man job, if I make a mistake, it's going to be on me". I go back to the shop on January 18, and he tells my mom "Came back tomorrow", so we did and yet it was not finish. My sister and I kept going back every day and check on it for a week. On January 28th 2022 my mom went to the shop and ask when it will be done, they told her come back on Monday, January 31st. She told them "If the car is not done Monday. I'm going to have to get it towed to the dealership". he replied, "I know I been letting you guys down, but I'll have it finish Monday". I go over there on January 31st, and it was yet not done. So, I called a tow truck and had it towed to the kia dealership. My mom asked the mechanic for the part, but he said "I'll take it to the dealership tomorrow. It's somewhere in the storage" The next day the service department called and said triple r had done damage to the car. Also, the part was not delivered to the dealership. My mom goes back to the shop on Feb 8th 2022 and Feb 9th and asked them for the part, they had been making up excuses such as his brother his out sick, and he won't pick the phone.
