I was solicited in November '22 by ******* from Energy Experts. I agreed to a contract and I which Included a 12k check for landscaping. Initially, I began being led on about the issuance of the check which I found extremely insulting especially since my reason for contacting them had nothing to do with the money but their lack of service. As if that were to pacify me. I was home early one day from work during spring '23. My phone rang and I ignored it. While I was in the shower a sworm of men appeared outside my bathroom window. They began blasting music. Afraid, I immediately got dressed and grabbed my phone to call 911. I see I had a missed call from *******. I had an immediate thought and I called him and as my sentiments expected he sent these men to install on my home without my permission or scheduling. Time has passed, I've been ignored by Energy Experts via phone and email. I've made a report to ****** about them. I found out they had no permission to operate from ** **** ***********. According to ****** they have not been able to contact them. My credit report reflects 49k debt for unauthorized panels and a 12K landscaping check I haven't received.Business response

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with our office on September 19, 2023. We work with varies contractors and installers that are licensed in their prospective state, county and local utilities. We apologize for the situations you have had. We have forwarded the situations you have addressed above to ******* ****** (***** *****) and the installer about the miscommunications for the install that happened November 28, 2022. We also spoke to ******* ****** (***** *****) in regards to the landscaping check of $12k. He stated that he has been unable reach you to give you the check. He did have old contact info which we have provided your current contact info. With all of our project we do allow three business days to cancel for a full refund but that time period has eclipsed. We will be following up with ******* ****** (***** *****) to make sure you receive your landscaping check that you were promised.Business response

We are showing that Mrs. ****** system is up and running. We can send a tech to double check the system. We did forward the issue of leaving the yard trashed. Attached is the message from ******* ****** (***** ****).Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Again, my complaints are being directed to the check that I've professed in several of my complaints that I do not want. ******* has my email address and my home address. ******* showed up to my home without my permission and initiated installation on my home without my permission in spring which left my yard TRASHED! if ******* wanted to reach me I do not dou t ******* has audacity, courage and no how on how to do so.
The no permission to operate has not been acknowledged. The ignoring my email and xalls which I have proof of everything and the complaints sent to ****** have not been addressed.
Again, stop insulting my intelligence attempting to think a check is the answer to the problems. The check shows and proves constant lies that had been told since November. Installation took place in April. It is now late September and my panels are inoperable. How is a check going to fix this? I had a company y reach out to ******* last week and they too were left without assistance after ******* stated he would help rectify this situation.

Dear Mrs ******:
This letter is in response to the additional added statement to your initially complaint. In your previous statement you mentioned you were home and spoke to *******. He stated that you had given consent to continue forward with the install. If you told them not to complete the project then they would not have completed it. You also mentioned that they left your yard trashed. They were unaware of it been left trashed and are more than willing to clean up your yard. You also stated that you system is inoperable. We have attached your system production and show it has been up and running since February 17, 2023. We can send a technician to double check that everything is working properly. You stated that you have been ignored by us but, September 19, 2023 is the first time we have heard of any issue and we are more than willing to help rectify any issues that you are having. What question did your company that reached out to ******* have that he did not answer?Customer response

I've spoke to someone via phone in May/June and received no follow up.. I see the numbers I have saved and contacting popping up all over social media apps with photos and recent activity logged but I cannot get PROFESSIONAL contact. ****** testified you all have no provided a PTO, my lights are off as we speak and they also stated in their system you all stated the system has been up and running since November. I will attached copies of the emails I still have that I have sent to you all. Last one was in June when ******* emailed me a copy of the contract. When I finally became fed up.
As far as hook up is concerned. I was in my SHOWER. My phone and doorbell rang constantly for a hour. I ignored them to them both due to obvious reasons but had no idea who it could be for ai just moved to Texas. To then find 15 minutes later men outside of my Thankfully granulated but shower window.. which is attached to my bedroom.. blasting music outside my intimate space. I then find it is *******. Despite the situation I receive no avail and now all of this chaos and confusion. That can easily be solved .
Especially this check that is on my credit report that I never received. Despite whatever conjured screenshot of a text. My address and email are evident and the address never changed. Nor any form of communication has been made to me nor have I received a check in the mail .. It was non stop communicating to get Energy Experts their contract but utter disappearance when it's time to perform.

This letter is in response to the additional added statement to your initially complaint. Upon reviewing you uploaded images we noticed the email address for us is incorrect. Hence why you never received a response from us. We are not too sure what number you might have called for us. But we did not receive your calls, unfortunately it might have belonged to another organization or individual. We are attaching addition info that we did send to the lender, which you also received that came straight from the utility company. You mentioned that your lights have been off. Your solar system produces electricity if your lights are on or off. Per you last statement for the check. ******* ****** stated that he has called and text you with no response, he was unsure where to send it. The check has been sent **** tracking number **** **** **** **** **** ** we have uploaded images of both. We apologize for situation and delay. We have communicated all your concerns with all parties involved and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
