      Contractor never installed the Kumo Cloud moudules on the mini split units. Said they were unavailable, but contractor hasn’t reached out after almost 7 months have passed. Contacted contractor in Nov, but said the Wi-Fi adapter still weren’t available,

      The business was very respectfully and refunded the work that wasn’t completed. Ideally we would have liked the entire project completed, but the contractor claimed they couldn’t get the parts.

      Richard S****** and his company installed a new swamp cooler on my roof. I am aware that the roof is metal and has a steeper pitch. Mr. S****** agreed to install the cooler and I was advised there was a warranty. We had a few issues with the hoses being cut on the metal and leaking. These issues were resolved. Shortly after, I felt that the unit was not working properly Mr. S****** did not want to come out and check these issues. I kept asking about status and was told if he came out and found nothing wrong, he would never come back to service the cooler again. I just stopped using the cooler. Recently I hired another company to come do the winter changeover to disconnect the cooler and start up the furnace. This company advised me that the cooler was not installed properly and there was no room to put the metal plate between the cooler and the house. This will allow the warm air to escape and I imagine will let dirt in and probably increase my heating bill. I called and left a message for Mr. S****** to see about resolving this issue and he has not responded. I really feel this needs to be resolved by Mr. S******'s company.

      We have made several attempts to please the customer. Yes we did install an Evap cooler but we did not change anything on her existing ductwork to inhibit putting a damper in. With that said, there was an area there below the Evap cooler to install a damper. It is our believes that the other company manipulated the Evap cooler to prevent it from accepting the Damper, which she did not have as far as we were to understand, so they could possibly benefit from the situation. We are a professional company that takes pride our work. Any additional attempts to do any repairs to customers system will be billed accordingly. If we get to the project and find there has been wrong doing , we will assess the situation and offer a solution. Ms. ********* will be responsible for any repairs necessary.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company never came back to resolve the original complaint of the cooler not working.  I then just stopped using the cooler and continued to try and contact them to resolve the issue.  After I gave up and that resolution, I contacted another company to do the change over to close the unit and hook up the heater.  They informed me that the unit was not installed properly to close the damper.  I again contacted Enchantment to see about resolving this issue and they would not return my call.  I had to hire another company to remove the unit to install the damper to be able to close the damper so the heat would not escape.  Enchantment never advised me that this was a problem.  Being that they claim to be a professional company, they should have advised that this was an issue.  This is why I hired them originally.  I took their advise about purchasing the new cooler.   I paid $450.00 to have the unit removed and the damper installed properly.  If they had not wanted to do the original work and install the cooler unit properly, they should have not taken the job.

      When we left the project we made Ms ********* know that there was not a damper in her existing Evap cooler , but there was room to install one when winter came around. She made no attempt to call us to do a fall changeover. We installed a quality cooler at half the cost for her because she couldn’t afford full price, when we showed up to service her old cooler it wouldn’t even function so we thought we were doing something nice for someone, and this is how it turned out. . She never called us in the fall. I’m sorry this happened to her, I’m sorry someone took advantage of her. But we didn’t
