  We purchased this home on June 30, 2024. We have tried over the last month to work with ****** ********* to replace 3 faucets in our home, one inoperable in our son's bathroom. Our first notification to him was on March 3, 2024, and our last and final communication with him was today April 18, 2024 which he is refusing to help stating it is our responsibility to call customer service, stating the cleaner we used destroyed the faucets. He is simply unwilling to fulfill his obligations under the builder warranty. We have 11 of the same faucets in our house, and only 3 are defective. If this was a user error, and caused by our cleaning solution, all faucets would have experienced the same deterioration. Our position is that Freddy ********** needs to see this through and fix the 3 faucets, this should not be an out of pocket expense that us as homeowners incur having lived in this house less than 10 months. We also made him aware that one of his worker's mentioned there may be a leak in the sink. He has ignored all of our requests. He also has stated he will not replace them which is a breach of his builder warranty responsibility.
