I bought a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 and I was over charged and discriminated because I was in desperate condition to get a vehicle so the dealership took advantage of me they took two cars i owed for the down payment and $500 cash in top of that he had told me the truck was only worth $4000! So that’s what I thought I was gonna pay but at the end when he had me signed a bunch of paperwork that didn’t really explain to me that for some reason the truck went from $4000 to almost $11597 when he said that he would only charge me that if the truck was in the condition but since the truck he sold me I came to find out that was in a accident either in Oregon or Washington because the owner of the lot where the dealership is at was the one who sold them the truck and told him it had been on a accident cause of his grandson but he didn’t report it so his grandson wouldn’t get in trouble and since I confront him he has taken the truck in repossession supposedly because I’m behind in two weeks payment but I have proof that I’m current and I believe I have paid more then enough for something I got scammed and rob just cause I was in desperate to have a vehicle. The guy name is Kevin edget and his dad Fred before he pass away had told me that he’s son was taking advantage of me and my situation because he knew I couldn’t do anything about it.Initial Complaint

We purchased a vehicle from this seller on 12/21/2021. One day after purchase we noticed a significant transmission line leak. It took them a week to contact us back about repairing the vehicle. Upon drop off the mechanic told me it would take an unknown amount of time to replace the line. At that time I addressed some other issues we had noticed- grinding coming from the back driver tire upon movement, noise coming from the front driver tire and shimmy upon turning as well as a “service 4wd” notice coming up- all of which the mechanic claimed he couldn’t find any issues with. They then put my daughter and I in a filthy loaner vehicle. After picking up the vehicle the transmission line was replaced. But today 1/20/2022 the check engine light came on and a “service antilock break system” warning came up and the vehicle started shifting hard. I took it to Autozone to have the codes read and the antilock system is disabled due the issue and the fuel system has a problem. I contacted the dealership with no response and went in to talk to them. The gentleman that was there had no idea how to resolve the problem and said I would be contacted by either Fred the owner or Kevin the salesman. We have heard nothing back and are at a total loss at this time. All we wanted was a good running vehicle however we are once again down this vehicle. We no longer have confidence that they can properly fix any issues at this time.
