I purchased a bike from Moramoto LLC 04/13/2021.Upon recieving my contract, Thunderroad financial is nowhere on my contract and have been collecting funds from me illegally.They have contacted me numerous times and have not been able to send any accounting information under ucc law 9-210.Thunderroad financial is very unprofessional and very conning.A retail installment contract with no information regarding there company is on my contract.Not as a loan company nor a assignee of said contract.Im sure they are gonna say they have documentation,but guarenteed there is no contract with there name on it from when i purchased my bike.Also as you may see on uploaded documents,the contract was dated 04/08/2021,but i purchased my bike 04/13/2021.This is the original contract uploaded,and not a printout.Initial Complaint

I have paid off the balance of the loan for my motorcycle that was being financed by Thunder Road Financial. I requested the lien paperwork to be sent to my residence and was provided a ***** tracking number. The package was sent to a address in a completely different city in which I have never lived or stored the motorcycle at. I reported this to Thunder ******************************** and requested that they send the lien to the correct address. They confirmed that they would send another package with my documents in the mail immediately. I have called back every day this week requesting that they provide me a tracking number to the package with my documents, and every day they have said it has not been sent out yet and to call back tomorrow. this is now the 4th day in a row that they have given me the same story with no resolution.Business response

On October 21, 2022, we spoke with **************** and provided him with a new ***** tracking number and advised him of an estimated delivery of 10/25/2022 per *****. **************** thanked our representative for the information.
We confirmed via the ***** tracking number that Mr. ******* lien release documents were delivered to his address on 10/25/2022.Initial Complaint

03/12/2022 I went to the ******* ******* location and purchased a new motorcycle after about 4 or 5 hours of negotiation. We finally agreed to a ****% interest rate at a 96-month term, after insisting to not call my bank and refinance later. After my own calculation, I determined I would allow them to run financing, after agreeing to a ****% interest rate and a sales price of $15,000 out the door to which they came back and told me I got approved. I asked for a copy of the buyers' order before running financing and they told me I'd get my copies of that in finance. After signing multiple documents including my ****% loan paperwork, he made copies, and turns out I was not given them, only info documents on the service contract I purchased. I called back and noted it must have been a mistake and if I could obtain copies of my documents, the Indian dealership told me he could only provide me unsigned copies. After the phone call, I received someone else's contract and my buyer's order. I called back and noted the mistake and he then sent over my documents to which I saw the ****% charge which was not part of our agreement (on the handwritten paper downstairs in sales that they refused to give me a real copy of). I called ThunderRoad Financial about the issue, and the manager was very rude and unprofessional, telling me I initialed every page of my contract and I said I would like signed copies if they could provide them to me, and Indian could not. I then asked how I can escalate the situation and he told me corporate won't do anything about it but he'd forward my information. He then hung up on me when I asked when I'd hear back. Upon reviewing my "signed documents", it turns out the first page stating the APR and finance charges were not initialed by me, and Indian cannot provide me any other originals or signed copies. I find it concerning that Indian did not provide me copies, refused to provide me copies, and my rate is now different when it comes to the lender.Business response

The customers situation was reviewed and discussed with the dealership. Copies of the loan documents were provided to ************ as well, showing the contract she signed indicates a 5.99%interest rate. The dealership was able to resolve the matter by making accommodations to the customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because this does not state that the documents were in fact not signed by me, the accommodation was the difference paid out via check by the dealer, because it was proven I in fact did not sign off on ****%, the documents forwarded to me via ThunderRoad Financial proved this. ThunderRoad representatives are still claiming I did sign off on these documents, which were clearly not reviewed before emailing to me. I would like to make it known that the dealer themselves are working to resolve the issue with me as they have admitted fault, but the manager at ThunderRoad financial that I spoke to has not done anything to resolve my concerns, nor apologized for hanging up on me and taking the time to review my documents prior to speaking to me unprofessionally, and yelling that I was at fault for signing the documents that were never actually signed off by me

ThunderRoad has spoken to the customer directly and we were unhappy to hear the customer felt she had a negative purchasing experience. The customer has advised that she has spoken directly with the dealership and they have reconciled the matter between the customer and the dealership. ********************** has provided contact information to the customer for any further questions or concerns.
