      I have used a particular website dream singles for over two years, have paid hundreds and thousands of dollars to try to get close to these women and now I have one woman that I just thought was amazing, and as soon as I get point of getting her new phone number and getting Office website to try to take it to a different level. Surprisingly they close an office and cut me off completely from the particular individual. This is the second time a female has gotten off the website and just disappeared but this time with no warning whatsoever, they close Office and cut everybody off completely from that particular area, it sounds kind of suspicious to me, sounds like a scam to me to be honest. It would be cheaper to use a dating service than use this particular website because at least that way you can talk to a real person versus thousands of dollars trying to get info from a person and then surprisingly they decided to close the office and cut you off completely With no warning no nothing but that it’s only after you spend a couple hundred dollars a couple thousand dollars do they tell you by the way you can’t talk to this person anymore. Sounds like a scam to me. No refund even offered

      I have been a member of dream singles (DS) for over three years. Recently I complained to DS that the messages several ladies were trying to send me had photos that would not open. When I expressed my concern in a polite and professional manner I received a condescending reply from DS questioning why I was complaining when they weren’t charging me to receive letters, only to send them. When I replied that this is a breach of their contractual Duty and they need to get it fixed asap or I’d pursue my legal options they suspended my account indefinitely and told me they don’t pay attention to “threats”. I was shocked considering I have spent $150,000 + on this site and all 12 ladies that said they would meet me in my city on the agreed upon time and date have cancelled…most the very same day claiming car accidents, mom or grandma getting suddenly sick requiring an ambulance, bla bla bla. But no one will ever send a photo showing the hospital. Why? This site blocks those photos. I’ve even had women I’ve met on this site that were originally from Ukraine or Poland or Spain that have since moved to Las Vegas or even Utah my home state and whenever they mention a possible meeting spot this site blocks the words with symbols like this (*****) to keep us from meeting. This directly contradicts their false claims that they don’t monitor correspondence. I’ve tried so many ways to get the lady’s contact info but this site reads every letter and always blocks anything that conveys or even implies personal contact info or a possible meeting place, etc. Even photos of the state Capitol or other famous public landmarks have been completely blocked by this website when in the letter I told a lady we could meet on the south side of the state Capitol on a certain date. I have a lady flying in next week and this site suspended my profile this morning because it said I was “threatening” them when I informed them I had other options. This site is a total bully …unsuspend me!

      We agree customers have options always, and that is why Customer support is available to our members to assist them.

      We have options for our members to meet. Protocols must be followed in order to meet a Lady. Ladies are aware of these options. Men have a very well written FAQ to turn to for answers.
      Men may request a Date Service or a Lady's Premium Communication.

      We do not block our members here.

      What you're menting here is that you accidently selected the Block option when it was replaced last June and it's true there was a wait of 7 days for the Block to be removed.
      Customer Service had no control over this as it was new code introduced to our platform, in an effort to assist our members in not blocking multiple Ladies at once. The feature was quickly scrapped as it was not working as it should have and the original Block feature was restored.

      Your account is not suspended. If you wish to you may purchase a new membership as your Diamond membership has ended last evening.

      We sincerely apologize that you were frustrated. I am here all weekend every weekend unless I'm taking a personal day or on vacation. I am very happy to assist you with any issue or concern you may be encountering.

      The profiles of the women on the site are operated by paid translators employed by foreign marriage agencies. When I asked about this around March 23rd 2023, I was told by customer service that I was communicating directly with the woman in the profile. I have made contact with multiple women on social media who have profiles on the site, as well as one who once worked as a translator, and confirmed that none of the women there were directly communicating with me as I was told. The use of third parties in communications is buried in their terms of service, so accepting those terms is agreeing to be scammed, but the site is a scam nonetheless. The site relies on paying customers to point out fake profiles but does not offer refunds. People spend thousands of dollars communicating with a profile that is being used by an anonymous third party, are often lied to (because the translator doesn't know the person they're pretending to be), and all they get is "Sorry about that. Maybe you should block her." from customer service. Then the account gets a new translator assigned and some other poor guy gets scammed. This company needs to be HONEST about its operations up front. The positive reviews of the site are from people who haven't been hit by reality yet...

      Most Ladies on our site do not speak or write conversational English, so some translation assistance is required. Ladies on our site are provided two options for assistance translating letters they receive and the replies to those messages. We provide translation software as well as Live Interpreters. Which option a Lady uses is her choice.Interpreters are not assigned to Ladies!
      We do not depend on our members to point out fake profiles! If any member Man or Lady believes that another member's profile is being used unscrupulously they are encouraged to write in and let us know. 

      We do not monitor our members activity as this is a violation of their privacy. That said it is unfair for any member to expect us to resolve an issue we aren't aware of. 

      As I stated in the reply to you for your review; " Ladies are required to provide a valid government issued photo ID along with a video when they join our site. Most Ladies are interviewed in person. When Ladies are found on other social media sites there are 2 things to remember in 99.9% of cases those Profiles are opened and they are NOT vetted. Anyone can pirate photos from the internet and then post those to a profile with a bio that is not that person. No member is ever coerced into anything on our site."

      We are always honest and we are very transparent with how our site functions. We like every other company out there have a Terms of Use that every member must agree to before they can open an account on our site. 
      W also offer a very well written FAQ that even includes how to videos, to assist all of our members in making informed decisions about their personal use of our site. We can provide all of this for our members BUT we cannot force them to read it.

      I am rejecting this response because: multiple reasons

      First you say, "We do not depend on our members to point out fake profiles!" then say, "If any member Man or Lady believes that another member's profile is being used unscrupulously they are encouraged to write in and let us know." and "We do not monitor our members activity as this is a violation of their privacy. That said it is unfair for any member to expect us to resolve an issue we aren't aware of."

      The second two statements contradict the first one. In fact, they prove my point.

      When the social media site profile shows the woman enjoying a party or going to a movie over the past weekend and interacts with friends who are also in the photos/videos, it's a lot less fake than a dating site profile with photos that are over 5 years old. 

      Sending letters on the site costs money. The site relies on paying members to point out fake profiles. The site also doesn't give refunds. They are perfectly happy to have you spend thousands of dollars communicating with some random translator instead of who you think you're communicating with. When you figure out you've been scammed, tough luck, I guess?

      You may think your site is transparent in its operations, but I can assure you that it's not.

      We do not monitor our members accounts. So it would be patently unfair for us to be aware if any member has a concern about a Lady scamming them.

      You would be very upset if you thought we were monitoring your activity on our site.

      First, Dream Singles is a great site to meet genuine women looking for a husband. Second, After 9 years, spending thousands of dollars and despite being extremely popular on the site Dream Singles banned me from the site because I correctly complained that I was not getting the additional credits I purchased. This happened 2 or 3 times recently. After the first time DS claimed I used up all the credits with followup letters. I strongly disagreed but they of course refused to compensate me. Then I purchased another 50 credits and the same thing happened BUT MAGICALLY 3 more credits appeared, which made up for the ones lost previously. Fair enough. Then I bought 50 more credits. Using only 3 followup letters and 2 introductory letters (intro letters do not use credits) the site again claimed I used all 50 credits. This site is very pricey as it is and fed up that yet again I did not receive all the credits I purchased I emailed them tearing strip off their a.. for this happening again. They then sent me a copy of my correspondence but it did not contain if those messages were follow up or introductory. Sorry, not good enough. Upon checking my own communication history on the 26th it showed 3 follow up letters and two introductory letters. I still had 20 credits remaing. And called my email disgusting, threatening and abusive. Let me counter that by point blank stating that "Ladies" do not continually defend theft and deny FACTS. Especially with a person who was there 9 years spent over 30k and had a complaint only one other time. I had financially helped some of the girls during this horrendous time. And many genuinely were ready to fly to me I made DS aware that by barring me for a LEGITIMATE complaint they were breaking the hearts of a LOT of women. But they refused to reverse the ban, showing they are ruthless and could care less about these women who really need me. THAT IS DISGUSTING and without CONSCIENCE. They will deny all of this but they are wrong.

We would suggest that you read the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when you joined our site. You abused our Representative during your multiple calls to our office. Once your account was closed for abuse you wrote in stating that you were sorry for your abuse.. Your apology was completely hollow and only offered AFTER you realized we had closed your account. I have said this time and again we are here for our members and always do all that we can within reason to assist all members with any issue or complaint they may have. We have every right to close your account for abuse, and we warned you that if your threats and abusive behavior didn't cease and desist we would close your account.       First this is actually not a rejection of Dream Singles reply to my original filing. 

      It is true that I apologized after my 9 year old account was closed. However having my account closed definately did something else that needed to happen. It WOKE ME UP to the fact that my words and behavior was ABHORRENT. That is the strongest word I can think of to what definately was reckless behavior. Frankly there are times in life where one has to step back and review their actions. I require that of my employees who get out of line. They get that chance first and then we discuss how we move forward in a manner that keeps them employed and modifies their actions. I require that of myself and have definately done so here. And in doing that I completely understand their anger and sincerely feel incredible REMORSE for my words to people who deserve respect and praise for what can be a very tough job. All my respect to them. My own receptionist has this type of challenge at times and the way she also handles herself is like these women nothing short of amazing. She gets a yearly raise for it! I wish I could give the staff at DS one! Instead and in light of sincerely being remorseful I would like to give them an internet hug and tell them that they are true professionals who I would employ anytime. 

      All of this is the real me and the ladies on the site a number of whom I assisted not just with sympathy but financially as well. Iam a caring and compassionate person and hearing some of the hardship they are experiencing absolutely breaks me. I may be very successful but these women and the people of ******* are the real heroes and are an example of incredible strength, courage and dignity in the face or an unprovoked horror put upon them. There is one special girl there, ***** who has stuck by me as I have her through thick and thin and I was ready to get here out of that h*** this year. I can only imagine how despondent she is with me being gone. I think about her everyday and feel tears welling up because *** unable to help my brave soulmate now. She is originally from *****. I believe the first area of **** where atrocities such as murder, **** and torture took place. I would sacrifice my own life in a minute for her.

      The information provided is based on withdrawals displayed on my financial institution’s statement, On or before February 27th, 2023, I purchased the Silver status package for $9.99. The status did not facilitate follow-up responses to contact messages, immediately I upgraded to the Goal status for an additional fee of $20.00. Initiated the Gold status, allows members to respond to 10 follow-ups contact members’ messages per month, on or before March 6th, 2023 I exhausted the allowable follow-up messages limit. To ensure communication continuation on or before March 6th, 2023, I purchased the upgrade to the Platinum status for an additional $20.00. The Platinum status limit is 30 follow-up messages per month to contracted members. In responding to a member message, a drop-down notification informed me to purchase additional credit to respond to the contact message on or before March 10th, 2023, and I purchased an additional 50 credits for $37.29 on or before March 10th, 2023. Sunday, March 12, 2023, again I was informed through the drop-down notification to purchase additional credits, I purchase an additional 50 credits for the sum of $38.00, posted to my account on March 13, 2023. Responding to a contact message on March 13th, 2023, I was again notified to purchase additional credits. Reviewing the Platinum status documentation, I was made aware that the platinum status facilitates 30 follow-up messages between contacts and myself, I immediately counted messages sent and saw that it was less than 30, I became infuriated since I did not exceed the limit entitled. I need the sum of $75.29 returned to my account immediately, and since I am not allowed access to the site, I need the Platinum membership status cost ($49.99) prorated based on the number of days use and returned to my account. Based on their record I did not exhaust the 30 follow-up messages per month to my contacts, (acknowledged and endorsed by two individuals) of the organization.

      Your initial membership was the Silver membership and it included 10 Introductory letters. It was stated that was the only letter benefit included in the Silver membership. You then upgraded to the Gold membership on 24 February 2023. It is stated there the you would receive 10 Follow-up letter benefits. These are benefits that allow you to have ongoing correspondence with Ladies after your Introductory letter. Again 10 Follow-up letter benefits are all that are included in the Gold level membership. Next you upgraded to the Platinum membership on 4 March 2023. For the upgrade your received the 20 additional Follow-up letters included in the Platinum membership. When you upgrade your members you're only paying for the additional benefits that are included in the membership you're upgrading to.
      You are not purchasing a New 30 day membership.
      Upgrades do not change your membership renewal date.

      You received all that you were entitled to in each of your memberships. There's no upgrade out there that would provide anyone a whole new compliment of membership benefits with an upgrade. If you were able to proceed your Platinum membership would have renewed on 24 March 2023 for the full $49.99 and a new 30 day cycle.You have misunderstood the upgrade process this is not our fault. We did attempt to explain the process to you and what you were paying for you refused to listen to us were talking over us and became abusive to the Representative taking your call.  Now we are here to assist all of our members. We are not however here for any member's abuse. This is not the forum to complain about an issue such as this.

      All of our memberships are sold on recurring monthly payments with a 30 days billing cycle. The fee is automatically withdrawn from your credit card each month. Members agrees upon sign up and this information is clearly stated on our membership page.  There are no cancellation requests for your membership until 27 October 2022, and you did not confirm your request when you made it. You wrote in to **************** and we selected the cancellation for you at the end of your cycle which was on 16 November 2022. As for other charges to your account you were purchasing credits to communicate with Lady members of our site. It must be said that all Credit purchases are authorized by cardholder as members are required to input a security code CVV ( 3 digits on the back of the card ) upon each transaction. You have spent all of your credits but 99. There has not been a single charge on your account that you did not initiate. 

      We do have a no refund policy and this information is found in our Terms and Conditions statement on your Home Page.

      Since creating my profile on this site, every match I have had on the site disappears or makes excuses about meeting in person. This site advertises as a dating site that matches with real women looking for husbands. I believe that this site is using false identities of real people and paying people to keep the conversations running and solicit gifts from there users to meet in person. I have documentation on several matches that disappeared and when I contacted the individuals on social media they stated that they had not ever created or participated on the site. I believe this constitutes fraud.

      Dream-Singles is an online dating. We provide a safe platform for members to communicate, and hopefully at some point meet and marry if that is their desire. No member on our site is compensated by us to communicate with another member. We provide a couple of options for our members to meet should they both agree to do so.  We cannot force any member to meet with another member. We do not state or guarantee that a meeting will take place as we cannot do so. Neither could any other online dating site. We are here to assist all of our members with any inquiry or concern they may have. We are willing to do all that we can within reason to resolve a member's concerns. All on our site are members. They have joined our site of their own free will. No member is ever under any obligation to us to remain on our site. All of our members have free will and therefore may come and go as they wish. The war in ******* has made communication more tenuous as Ladies do leave without warning because they are fleeing the conflict and so online communication can be very difficult for them to maintain. We are sorry when any member has been disappointed by another member leaving but we really have no way to guarantee that it won't happen. If we can assist you we are here to do so.       I have used Dream Singles for almost 9 months at outrageously expensive costs and without meeting one single woman on the site!! This is a highly sophisticated and complex fraudulent site using many paid ghost writers to defraud men of lots of money and defraud their hearts too!! Actually, I planned over 14 different times with several different women who live in thd ***. Every single time the ladies cancel the meeting at the last minute and offer bogus excuses every time!!! This is the standard practice of this criminal fraudulent scam operation!! The ladies and ghost writers are motivated by a fee or commission paid from each letter that a man writes paid by a marriage agency!! These ladies and ghost writers make a fortune off of unsuspecting men!! In my opinion this is nothing more than a totally fraudulent criminal operation with no interest at all in truly connecting men with any ladies ever!! Avoid this fraudulent operations of Dream Singles and save lots of money!! I have spent over $17,000 DOLLARS WITHOUT A SINGLE MEETING!!! Please help me recover a full refund from this fraudulent operations of Dream Singles or Dream World Partners.

      There have been no Date requests made from your account. If you have asked Ladies for meetings after you have requested and been approved for their contact information and they have refused you that is their choice.

      We do not guarantee anywhere on our site that you will meet any Lady in person or end up married to any Lady from our site.

      No dating site can make such a guarantee.

      All we can do is provide a safe forum for you to communicate with Ladies. Hopefully down the line a long term relationship will develop. 

      We are not responsible if that is not the outcome any member of our site experiences.

We see several inquiries about contact information but nothing not one word about this letter issue. It should be mentioned here that we have always answered every inquiry promptly and honestly. We have provided verification to you where requested about a Lady being real on our site.

The one big difference is this Ladies are required to provide proof of their identity when they "join" our site they are typically interviewed by an Administrator as well. What any Member spends on our site is done at their own discretion. We did not con or mislead you in any way during the time you were a member with us.       Ive signed up for dreaming singles free three day trial and after three days if you dont cancel then youll be charged the $10 subscription monthly from your card. Right after I sign up they decide to violate their own terms and conditions by taking my $10 immediately after I signed up so they didnt even wait three days and when I noticed that they violated this and took my money I canceled immediately guaranteeing me my money back. I tried getting a hold of the site by texting them and they said that the money will be returned into my account in three days. Its been longer than three days and money still hasnt been returned and now theyre avoiding me.

      We would like to ask that you verify with your bank if the charge is a pending authorization or an actual posted charge. 
      Pending authorizations will be removed from your account in a few days.
