Ordered several car decals on June 6, 2024 and never received them. Made numerous attempts to contact Josie at DC Prints NV; none have been answered. Blatant theft.Initial Complaint

On April 13,2024 I placed an order at this business’s website. The order went through however for some reason my billing address was correct but the shipping address was wrong. I immediately tried to cancel my order but it was already processed. I received the email from the business stating they received my order #**** and I will be notified when it ships. I looked and found their customer support email address, the ONLY way to get ahold of them. I immediately emailed (order placed at 10:34pm my email was sent at 10:36pm) to explain the shipping address mishap. I heard nothing. I emailed again on the 14th, 15th 18th 30th, May9th and finally May 18th. No response from this business. I have even messaged them on social media, commented on their post and not heard a single word. They have answered others comments on their videos above and below mine so I know they have seen it. They even asked once for my email address but never heard a word. At this point over a month later my order hasn’t even shipped to the wrong address let alone the correct one.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for their product on 12/2/2023 their site states they were 2 weeks out on orders. On 12/16 I e-mailed the company at ********************** but never received a response. I follow them on IG and they constantly reply to people but when I commented on a status update I get no response. I sent them a message on IG as well and no response. It is now 1/19/24 with no update or response from the company. I'd like my order now or my money returned. Order # **** *********************Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company after seeing their products on tik tok. I went directly to their page and purchased a decal for my car on September 26th, 2023. The company advertises a 3-4week turn around on their bio . This would put my order at around 9 weeks behind. I sent an email regarding my order 10/30/23 and got no response. On November 6th my usps tracking updated to "pre-shipment" label however my product has not been sent out. I then sent another email 11/10 inquiring again about my product and got no response. When I started reaching out on their social media, my comments were deleted and I was blocked. Upon commenting on the business page, I have encountered many other people who have had the same experience.
