I have emailed and called every extension for a week annd left several messages with my name and number and order number.and not contact. I cant track my order. They have stole from me as I have no way of getting a refund even.Initial Complaint

Order number ***** on 9/4/2021. Receive table but not lamp. Was told It was backordered until March. Have been trying to contact but getting no response since March. Table cost 248.00.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pillow cover that was shipped to me 11/30/21. It did not work and I called Biz & Haus the first week of December requesting a return label. The man said he would send it by the end of the week. I did not receive it. After that, no one would answer the customer service phone and it went to voicemail where I left five more messages with my order # requesting a return label. I finally emailed on 12/28 and received a message from the founder saying I would have a label by the end of the week. Again, no label. I emailed yesterday and was again promised a label by the end of the week. I think this company is a scam and postpone items being returned so customers finally give up. I emailed back saying if they have time to email me, they have time to send me a label. I look forward to this being resolved with a label and IMMEDIATE refund. Thanks for your help. I can't thank you enough. It was only $39 but I don't think they would have ever responded if you had not reached out to them. Their excuse of trying to get caught up after the holidays was lame. No one should have to wait months to return something, especially as simple as a pillow cover. Thank you, ***********
