Per my receipt on 3/21 I went to this auto shop with a Groupon which I purchased for $The mechanic said the Groupon wouldn't be enough because the rotors had to be replaced. The groupon said rotor resurfacing AND brake pad replacement. The mechanic said I would have to pay an additional $181.85 on top of the groupon! He said my brake pads "looked brand new" and wouldn't replace them. When I left the shop maybe a week later, the brakes were grinding. My neighbor who is a mechanic told me if they replace your rotors they are supposed to replace the pads too! The new rotors now have to wear into the old pads and will keep grinding. I left a review where they claimed they changed the pads. The receipt says they only changed the rotors. Since then I have noticed my car now squeals so loud when I brake. I had to go to my real mechanic near the Strip just to get him to inspect the car causing me even more money! My thing is I was charged twice. I paid for the Groupon then paid $181 for half a job. I think half the money should be given back because no PADS were changed and my car is worse! Mind you, I am disabled waiting for Social Security with $0 income! I'm not returning to a place that already messed up my car and has several reviews from other customers saying the same! Almost $400 to replace TWO rotors and nothing else is absurd. Half of this should be refunded or something! I barely drive because I can barely walk to do anything! I will say ***** and ****** the owners (family) were very nice.Initial Complaint

I have had zavalas ********* center work on my **** **** F-350 dually they've done several repairs including two fuel pumps and a rear fuel tank. On Saturday December 2nd 2023 at 12:15 p.m. I begin refueling both my tanks. I filled the back tank which is new and while I was filling the front tank customers at the fuel station brought to my attention fuel pouring on the ground so I notified the assistant manager at that 7-Eleven ****** came out with dry chem to stop the flow of gas the truck leaked out a half a tank of gas on the ground over the 5 hours we had tied up pump one due to continue leak. We pushed the truck to a area on this property as it still was leaking gas. Sunday December 3rd 2023 at 3:00 p.m. my return to the truck at the gas station and it still was leaking gas but now slowly. Zavala was notified Saturday the 2nd of December at 12:20 p.m. he called a tow truck company they called me and said the truck was too big for their flatbed so I called zavalas again he said call **** at economy towing they told me $140 due to it was an issue caused by zavala's rear gas tank installation I felt it the responsibility of the shop to pay the towing zavala's manager ****** ask if I was going to pay the $140 for the towing I said no that should be your responsibility it's your shoddy work so Sunday December 3rd I risk my life and had driven my truck back to my home 3 MI where it had lost a quarter tank driving from the station to my home and gas still leaked out in my driveway at 3:00 p.m. December 3rd 27 hours later. He's not responded to none of my texts or calls since Saturday December 2nd. I messaged him this morning Dec 4th 2023 at 9:20 a.m. and still no response. It is now 9:57 a.m. I still feel it's dangerous to drive this truck 3 mi to his shop. I feel it should be their responsibility to pick my truck up anyway necessary. Driving it may be dangerous it's still leaking fuel. Now 3/4 of a tank gone.Business response

The first time the work was completed we added fuel to both tanks to make sure they were working properly. They were!! This job was done a couple months ago not to mention that his parts were **** aftermarket parts in which we do not offer any warranty on any of the work performed. If it had issues in the first place then we would have seen it before returning to client.
Now, ***** had multiple people call me and harras me to go and fix this issue on the street. We are not mobile mechanics and it is not my responsibility to tow vehicles if I do not warranty my work including purchasing said parts.. That is why we did not awnser his phone call and we will not be doing any business with him in the future... Thanks.
